I am 88 years old. My garage door would not open this morning. I called Precision because that is the only firm we have used for the past several years with excellent service. Mike Boyle came and diagnosed the problem quickly. Believe me he is a "keeper". All of your techs have been great, More than satisfied.

Great job!! Mike was awesome he was very professional and informative. He was very meticulous making sure not to leave out any part of his explanations of what he had done. My garage door has NEVER been this quiet, he did a bang up job! I want him to come back and replace my springs and cables in two months. Thanks Mike and Precision, I will be telling everyone in my neighborhood to use you for all of their garage door needs.

In the past month we have used Precision Garage Door Service twice for two different doors. One door was not closing properly. The second door needed repair of the opener and spring. The technician, Mike, was very professional, friendly and educational. He clearly explained what was happening and our options for repair. We have used Precision in the past, and just like this time, were very satisfied with their service, professionalism and expertise.

Mike kept us informed of his estimated arrival time and did arrive within our appointment window. He analyzed our situation and clearly explained several options for fixing it. When we decided what we wanted to do, he began immediately to make the repair...we were very satisfied with his technical ability to do the install required and in his ability to communicate our options in a way we could understand. Would definitely have Mike return if we need service again, but hope we won
