The technician called before arriving, I was quoted between 2 - 4 pm and was glad it was closer to 2pm than 4pm. He inspected the problem, garage door opener. and explained what was needed. I was given a few options: fix the immediate problem, but in all liklihood it would break again due to other factors with garage door. Or basically replace the entire door and assembly due to the fact of the age of the equipment. He wrote out an estimate and left it with me to consider, which I have to in turn notify the owner/landlord of the options. The technician was polite, friendly and very helpful. Should I proceed with repairs or replacement I will be sure to use Precision to complete the work.

We had a key pad installed. The technician showed up when he was scheduled, was VERY polite and informative. He gave me an estimate of what we would be needing for our garage doors and that was IT!! No high-pressure sales pitch - just professional and courteous!! Told us to call if there is anything else the company can do for us. When we need to have anything else done concerning our garage doors, Precision will certainly be the company we call.

The door lifter was originally purchased from Precision. Mike Boyle was excellent. He was prompt and I appreciated not having to wait all afternoon. He was very helpful to me, explaining what I needed and what else I could have serviced. He also fixed a small light problem that we had with the liftmaster.
