This is the second time I have chosen this company to install garage doors for me. And once again, Jose did a perfect job! He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. When attaching the wires to the ceiling and running them down the wall, he thoughtfully made the look aesthetically pleasing, which was much better than the looping drooping wires that previously existed on the wall. He cheerfully helped my husband and I coordinate our key fobs and remote controls so that we could control all of the doors simply. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Jose!

I contacted Precision because the spring on our door had broken. I was not expecting same day service on a Saturday, but you were able to send out Jose who quickly evaluated the problem and provided a quote. While he was replacing the single spring with two new springs (an upgrade), he also pointed out that the framing of the door was no longer securely attached to the block wall around the door and that the brackets holding the cables had buckled slightly when the spring failed and the door fell. He was able to repair those things as well. Our door is once again, in working order and much safer in the event of a storm. I see your vans all over town and my company has used you to repair roll-up doors around our factory. I was very satisfied with Jose and the outstanding job he did at our house. Plus, he was a really nice guy! I'd definitely recommend Precision to others. When we someday replace our opener, I know who to call!

Jose Rosario was my Service Tech. He arrived at the top end of my appointment time frame, which was greatly appreciated. I pointed out the broken braces I'd found and he found more. When he installed the new ones he used longer bolts for added strength. I added an item to the service call, which wasn't an issue. Jose was personable and polite, and while I'd rather not have had a problem, Jose made the issue bearable. If I need work done in the future, I'd request Jose Rosario to be my Service Tech.
