Outstanding Service. Our garage door was not working properly after Hurrican Milton. To my amazement we were able to get someone to come out on a Saturday and repair springs and reset the motor. I will use their service again. Our repairman was GREAT!

The technicians are always very helpful and friendly; however, they are EXTREMELY overpriced. I feel very taken advantage of by what I was charged. I can not say I will be calling them back for additional service with this being the case.

Very disappointed. Our remotes stopped working ao we called to have our garage door looked at. The technician said he could fix it by reprogramming it and while he was here would service (lubricate the door) . I said fine, Total price ~$200. We were then told that reprogramming didn’t work, which I’m not surprised because I told him I already tried that. I then told him I would pay the service charge and that we needed to think about other options. He then said I was still going to be charged the $200 fee for the call and maintenance. So I spent $200 for nothing. I then found an 8 step trouble shoot for my problem on the chamberlain website that the service tech didn’t even perform. What a joke. I do not recommend this company.

I called Precision because they were able to come the following day first thing in the morning, unlike their competitor. James, the technician, called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He assessed the issue I was having with my garage door and opener and gave me several options in which to choose from (i.e., things that needed replacing and parts that were worn). After I made my decision, he completed the work in a few hours and helped me reprogram my garage door opener in my car. I now have a new, quieter, garage door opener and a keypad which I never had before. James was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision!

James arrived promptly and gave an estimate. Unfortunately at biilling time the bill was hundreds of dollars more than the quote. I may be a senior citizen but I can still do math. James claimed there was a problem wirth his tablet that was double billing. I took out my calculator and found my bill with tax should be more than $500.00 less.

My wife and I were very very pleased with the service we received from Precision. After calling we had a tech (James) come in on Memorial Day (a holiday!) to see what our exact needs were with a smile on his face. Afterwards my wife and I decided it would be best for us to replace the whole garage door and we had two installers come the very next day to install it also with smiles on their faces.
