Thank you so much for your quick response to our garage door issue. We were stuck and could not get to church because the doors would not open. Moreover, I have an older Genie "Excellerator" opener and the parts were not available. The technician suggested a "work-around" and repaired the doors in less than an hour. Thank you Precision Door.

The technician ( Isaiah ) arrived and checked over the garage door system at our request. The existing system was about 21 years old and appeared to have lacked maintenance. The technician showed us all the things that he felt were worn and he recommended that they should be replaced. We chose to go ahead and follow his recommendations. We had a new motor, drive belt, main springs, hinges and rollers installed and lubricated as required. The work was completed in a few hours. There was no high pressure sales involved by the technician. We are very happy with the work done and how smooth the door operates.

My door was binding and wouldn't always go down completely before it would automatically retract back up. The technician Izak came out and adjusted the door, the spring, and the door opener and got the door working smoothly again. He was warm, friendly, and explained things in an understandable manner. I have used Precision a few times before and I will continue to do so because of their consistently excellent customer service.
