Precision Garage Doors installed our hurricane rated Door about 2.5 years ago. Until Monday March 6, we had had no issues with this door. I called Precision on Monday afternoon and they scheduled Andrew to come out on Tuesday morning. Andrew was in time, very courteous and quickly reprogrammed the garage door motor. We can’t thank Precision Garage Doors enough!

Hiring Precision Overhead Garage Door was a great decision. Courtney helped us pick out and design two custom doors. She was very courtesy and knowledgeable. Tyler and his team of installers arrived when they said they would and did an incredible job installing both doors. He took the time to help us program the remotes and walk us through how the system works. We are very happy and will always call Precision for our garage door needs.

Including the sales representative Cristin, the office staff (before, during & after) and the installation crew of four led by Andrew, the process of buying and installing two new garage doors and motors was outstanding. For over 20 years, we have used Precision Garage for all our garage needs, and have been 100% satisfied. It is a terrific company. Every employee we've ever had any contact with has always been professional, knowledgeable, polite and responsive. We recently had an issue with our hurricane doors. We called the company to learn our options, and they scheduled Austin Orton, a Precision tech, to follow up with us and assess the situation. Austin determined that our issue was 100% covered by the Precision warranty, and scheduled a complete replacement of our doors, at no cost to us. Yesterday, the new doors were installed, I believe the installers were Andy Peck and Andrew Lachance. Like the other Precision employees, they were both terrific. They were personable and professional, and obviously took pride in their work. The new doors are terrific! It is comforting to know that Precision Garage Doors can be counted on to have our back for all of our garage door needs. I highly recommend them!

Boy, did we select the right garage door provider!!! From the quote through the installation, which was completed an hour ago. I would like to add two "P" words to Precision: personable and professional. We received the hurricane insulated doors with the belt openers and it blew us away...open a garage door without all the mechanical sounds? Yep...it is so quiet. When you see and "don't" hear their garage door offerings, you will select Precision.
