Precision Garage Doors installed our hurricane rated Door about 2.5 years ago. Until Monday March 6, we had had no issues with this door. I called Precision on Monday afternoon and they scheduled Andrew to come out on Tuesday morning. Andrew was in time, very courteous and quickly reprogrammed the garage door motor. They were personable and professional, and obviously took pride in their work. The new doors are terrific!
