I contacted Precision because the spring on our door had broken. I was not expecting same day service on a Saturday, but you were able to send out Jose who quickly evaluated the problem and provided a quote. While he was replacing the single spring with two new springs (an upgrade), he also pointed out that the framing of the door was no longer securely attached to the block wall around the door and that the brackets holding the cables had buckled slightly when the spring failed and the door fell. He was able to repair those things as well. Our door is once again, in working order and much safer in the event of a storm. I see your vans all over town and my company has used you to repair roll-up doors around our factory. I was very satisfied with Jose and the outstanding job he did at our house. Plus, he was a really nice guy! I'd definitely recommend Precision to others. When we someday replace our opener, I know who to call!

Hands down Precision Overhead Garage Door if the best garage door company my husband and I have ever worked with. We were very pleased with how professional Justin C. was with his product knowledge. Justin was able to take care of our issue in a short amount of time and really took into consideration our end goal with our current garage door. We have future plans to replace the door completely. My wife and I were very very pleased with the service we received from Precision. After calling we had a tech (James) come in on Memorial Day (a holiday!) to see what our exact needs were with a smile on his face. Afterwards my wife and I decided it would be best for us to replace the whole garage door and we had two installers come the very next day to install it also with smiles on their faces. That to us means alot, friendly service. We are very pleased with the results, the guys were very nice and knowledgeable and did a great job. We would recommend you in Clearwater highly! The salesman, Chris Burdge, explained all the options and recommended the lowest priced package which would meet all our needs. He explained the optional features and warranty options accurately. Based upon that we made a choice with which we felt very comfortable. He then arranged for next day installation, The installer, Franklin, did a fabulous job, including cleanup and explanation of how to use the remote, etc. The door looks great and is so much quieter than our old door. We picked Precision because of a great experience with a past repair.
