Although it was more expensive than I was planning, Noah did a great job - not only repairing but reinforcing which made me feel secure in case of a hurricane. very pushy sales. I only need my spring replaced and the guy add up some unnecessary parts which i need to buy or else they wont give me the warranty. They did not fixed my garage problem because they told me after they replaced the spring that my coupler in my garage opener is broken and needed to replace a new motor for $950. I immediately say NO to them and call another company which is INTEGRITY GARAGE and they fix it for $15 the coupler and now my garage is fix and operating smoothly. Beware dont be blinded and fooled by their google reviews. These guys are pushy and all they want is profit. They should assessed my garage problem before doing something on it. I spend $350 for spring replacement. they told me over the phone $240. I will never recommend this company. complete bogus.

Very reliable and efficient service. I used Precision three years ago to install my system. My digital keypad quit working and wouldn’t respond to reprogramming. The service rep replaced the keypad with an updated version and successfully assisted me in reprogramming.

crews showed up on time and quickly removed the old door assembly and installed the new one. this somewhat custom door looks great and keeps the west facing garage a lot cooler than the previous door. crew returned to install a now opener as the old one was not up to the task of opening the heavier hurricane door. same friendly, efficient service. love the product and the process

I called Precision to come out to inspect my garage door. It would open fine, but it would periodically stick coming down. It started to happen more frequently. Robert and Alejandro came out for the inspection. They recommended new rollers, bearings, and springs plus a capacitor for the opener itself. The garage door is newer and is a VERY heavy secure door and the rest of the hardware is old so I expected that analysis. I decided to repair everything but the capacitor, which they ended up throwing in anyway for free. Nice!! Door was working just fine when they left. Next day, I came home in the evening and damn, same thing; door sticking on the way down. To say I was annoyed would be putting it mildly. I called the after hours service and explained my frustration fairly strongly. MUCH to their credit, both Robert and Alejandro came out first thing the next morning and apologized and they told me they were approved to install an entire new garage door opener at no cost for the inconvenience. VERY nice!! I honestly wasn’t expecting that BUT by this show of exceptional customer service, they turned a negative experience into a very positive one and I will be recommending Precision to others if asked and you’ll be getting my business, when needed, in the future. Thanks again for your professionalism!!

I chose a big reputable company because I knew they would back their product I had a new garage door installed with motor. I had to call out for a small repair and they were right on it came out corrected my issued no charge that's why I picked a big company. Thank you for being such a great company
