My wife and I were very very pleased with the service we received from Precision. After calling we had a tech (James) come in on Memorial Day (a holiday!) to see what our exact needs were with a smile on his face. Afterwards my wife and I decided it would be best for us to replace the whole garage door and we had two installers come the very next day to install it also with smiles on their faces. That to us means alot, friendly service. We are very pleased with the results, the guys were very nice and knowledgeable and did a great job. We would recommend you in Clearwater highly! The salesman, Chris Burdge, explained all the options and recommended the lowest priced package which would meet all our needs. He explained the optional features and warranty options accurately. Based upon that we made a choice with which we felt very comfortable. He then arranged for next day installation, The installer, Franklin, did a fabulous job, including cleanup and explanation of how to use the remote, etc. The door looks great and is so much quieter than our old door. We picked Precision because of a great experience with a past repair.
