Precision Garage door installed our new garage motor in 2020. We love our “new garage”. Well worth the money and peace of mind. carlos was my tech. He was very prompt and called me 30 minutes before his expected arrival which gave me plenty of time to get to the property. He was very friendly and professional. he inspected the unit and explained what the problems were. I asked him if he could fix it today and what was the cost. He said he could and would tell me cost once he looked op cost of materials. in a short time he gave me the costs and we agreed on a price once I recd the seniors discount. Told me it would be a couple of hours and would call me when done. He called me and I came back and checked it out. Excellent job. he showed me how it worked, i tried it a few times and I was super pleased how quiet it was compared to the old one. went over the bill and warranty. great job and service.
