PRECISION WAS RECOMMENDED BY MY REALTOR AND FREIND PATRICIA PRIEST. SHE NAILED IT, THEY WERE GREAT. THEY SENT ALL THE NOTIFICATIONS VIA TEXT, PHONE CALL, AND EMAIL OF WHEN THE REP WOULD BE THERE AND WHAT TO EXPECT. LUCAS CAME ON TIME, AND WE DISCUSSED OPTIONS, AND DECIDED ON A FULL NEW INSTALL SINCE THE CURRENT UNIT WAS MORE THAN 20YRS OLD. LUCAS PERFORMED THE INSTALL IN ABOUT 1 HOUR, GAVE ME A FULL DEMONSTRATION OF ALL THE FEATURES, MADE SURE I UNDERSTOOD ALL OF THE OPERATIONAL FEATURES. WELL WORTH THE CALL AND PRICE. I arrived home about 3 pm and couldn’t open garage door. Called and got a very pleasant employee who said he would have william out by 4:15. He arrived on time, assessed the problem gave me an estimate. I agreed to the work and he started fixing it immediately. He was all finished in a few hours. Very nice guy, friendly, professional did a good job and left no mess. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

From the very first contact: scheduling appointment - very speedy; courteous gal; professional and friendly; Tyler, garage door professional was amazing..very kind, professional and explained things to me; Cameron from Precision assisted me as well. ALL very very helpful. Your youtube video that was sent was good as well, follow ups, (even this review page came so fast). Sending a picture identifying Tyler would be the professional who would be coming - always a good thing. I think it was Cameron who used the word 'seamless' - that describes Precision!! Seamless!! -- And so very thankful for working with us regarding pricing. You will never know how grateful we are especially at this time in our lives.

I was not certain which door company to contact so I went with the most recognizable name locally, which was Precision. I contacted them because my garage door would not open or close fully. I called them and they were able to have someone come by later in the day...very convenient! Their technician contacted me before he arrived and was right on time. He quickly assessed that I needed a new belt, since the original belt had broken. Within the hour the job was done and the opener was fully opperational. The technician, whose name I have forgotten was respectful, informative and knowledgeable about my problem. I cannot comment on the price I was charged but it seemed in line with my expectations. I will be contacting Precision for any garage door issues in the future.
