The crew, Joshua and James, new their business well and did an outstanding job. Beside the springs, the bearings and 16 foot shaft needed to be replaced. I would use Precision again and recommend them as well. The business is well named, "Precision", and they lived up to it.

Response time was terrific. I called for service,got an appointment for that same morning and then they offered an immediate service and came 2 hours earlier. My technician was very nice, very professional, honest. i didn’t have any other companies i contacted so i really have no room for comparison. , yet this company had a great rating and reviews. i’m satisfied, with the replacement of very old garage door springs, yet the price seemed a little steep, I am physically challenged , and i’m an ex. professional, yet as a senior it’s difficult to find honest people when it comes to repairs on my home. The tech was to call me with a total before preforming the work, he called and gave a total price of $525.00, when job was done he then said total changed to $561.75. When asked why the price changed and he laughed and said uncle needs his as if I am stupid. The real answer he didn't want to give is that he missed quoted and was trying to cover with a failed attempt at a joke literally at my expense, my money. I feel I should get a refund for the difference of $36.75 since this was obviously a bait and switch. Didn't want to even give 2 stars but I felt obligated to do so.

The issue I had turned out to not be equipment related but the Precision Door technician that came out was great. He called before arrival and that was earlier that expected which was great. I really appreciate his promptness and courteous service. I will use them again as needed and recommemd them.

No one showed up during the time frame that I made my appointment. I was looking to get an estimate on a garage door and had to waste much of my day unfortunately. I called at 11:05am....my appointment was scheduled for 9am-11am and the employee was unapologetic telling me the technician would text me because he was running behind. Over an hour later 12:15pm I still had not heard from anyone, I finally got a call back from the office saying there was a scheduling mistake and someone would be out in around 30 min because no one was scheduled for house. Really disappointed I wasted my day waiting around, I should get a discount if I decide to get a door from them but I know it probably wont happen. Going to shop around because of how bad my initial experience was.

Professional service from start to finish. My technician, Arnold, was on time, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I appreciated that he adhered to CDC guidelines at all times while here. He gave me enough information to make an informed decision about my repair, explained everything and demonstrated what was different and how everything worked. I especially like that he will be my personal technician if I need help during the warranty.
