The technician called about 20 minutes before he arrived. This was helpful because I had taken the day off and was given a window of 1000-1400. When Keith arrived, he was cordial, professional and understanding of my perceived problem. He conducted a thorough evaluation of the condition of my overhead garage door and graciously tolerated me hovering over him, explained every aspect of those conditions, and then prepared a written version of what he had told me. I was given a choice of which conditions I wanted corrected on this visit, if any. I was not pressured to have any of the conditions corrected but I was informed of all of the possible future consequences if the conditions were allowed to continue. I chose to have all of the deficiencies corrected, even though it was more expensive than I had anticipated. I feel that I received exceptional service and that my door is expertly serviced. I am pleased with the repairs, the price and most importantly, the professional manner in which the situation was handled. Before calling Precision, I researched several companies. Precision lived up to my expectations. You have a great company and, in Keith, a great representative of your company. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.

Jose Rosario was my Service Tech. He arrived at the top end of my appointment time frame, which was greatly appreciated. I pointed out the broken braces I'd found and he found more. When he installed the new ones he used longer bolts for added strength. I added an item to the service call, which wasn't an issue. Jose was personable and polite, and while I'd rather not have had a problem, Jose made the issue bearable. If I need work done in the future, I'd request Jose Rosario to be my Service Tech.
