I called Precision because they are the company that installed my garage door opener in 2013. The garage door was not going down and thought it was the sensor but a week later it was working again. I decided to have it serviced anyway to make sure it wouldn't happen again. Travis came out, was very personable and professional. He suggested I might want to replace the springs and bearings because they were starting to wear. There was no pressure on his part. Travis also replaced my outside keypad with a used one he happened to have. Travis also walked me through showing me how to apply lubricant to the garage door hinges before he left. I am very satisfied with Precision and the service Travis provided.

Called last Tuesday before the hurricane because the chain broke. I was given an appointment for Tuesday 10/15 12-4, received call to reschedule for the 17th. Chris was here today and fixed the problem. I have never had any issues with Precision when I call. Their technicians do a fantastic job, are knowledgeable.
