I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! I originally scheduled a general maintenance appointment, but during the inspection the technician, Sprice Riley, found that my springs were in really bad shape and likely would have failed soon. I really appreciated him catching that before it turned into an emergency. Sprice was on time, professional, and very friendly. He explained everything clearly and never pressured me — just honest recommendations and straightforward answers. The pricing was fair and exactly what I expected. The door now runs smoother and quieter than before, and the whole visit was stress-free thanks to the excellent customer service. Highly recommend Precision Garage Door and especially Sprice Riley if you want reliable, honest work done right the first time!
