After they replaced the electronics fried by hurricane power outages, Sean, my service tech proactively asked about my car and phone app. When I admitted that reprogramming them was a mystery, Sean stepped in. He was kind enough to do it for me. When he left I was confident that there were no annoying loose ends. Thorough and thoughtful; what more can you ask for? Thanks Sean and Precision.

I had a garage door installed about a year ago by Precision. The most professional company I’ve ever dealt with. The installation went smoothly and the installer spent a good amount of time making sure I understood fully how to operate the door. The quality was outstanding and the door itself absolutely gorgeous. Had a little glitch yesterday so I called them expecting to have to wait a few days but no they were there within an hour. The glitch turned out to be a runaway remote lost in my handbag that was activated every time I picked up my bag. Mystery of the self opening door solved. They even had a sense of humor about my mistake. Then the young man took time to help me download an app to remotely control my door. Precision is literally the best in the business.They are the only one you should call.

Booked a service call online to have a broken spring replaced on our garage door. Technician arrived on scheduled day and gave us several options to fix our problem. Once he knew our preference, he promptly got the repair done. The paid invoice and warranty information was also sent via email within less than an hour of the repair. Problem solved easily!
