Called and got a same day appointment. Replaced the opener rather than reprogram since it was old. New opener, heavy duty track, keypad and remotes within 2 hours! David even programmed my car’s built in remote. Now this is excellence in customer service!

I arrived home about 3 pm and couldn’t open garage door. Called and got a very pleasant employee who said he would have william out by 4:15. He arrived on time, assessed the problem gave me an estimate. I agreed to the work and he started fixing it immediately. He was all finished in a few hours. Very nice guy, friendly, professional did a good job and left no mess. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

From the very first contact: scheduling appointment - very speedy; courteous gal; professional and friendly; Tyler, garage door professional was amazing..very kind, professional and explained things to me; Cameron from Precision assisted me as well. ALL very very helpful. Your youtube video that was sent was good as well, follow ups, (even this review page came so fast). Sending a picture identifying Tyler would be the professional who would be coming - always a good thing. I think it was Cameron who used the word 'seamless' - that describes Precision!! Seamless!! -- And so very thankful for working with us regarding pricing. You will never know how grateful we are especially at this time in our lives.

The spring to our garage door broke on a Sunday, we called Precision door to see if they were open to find out not only were they open they could have a tech. out on the same day. We were given a time frame of availability of 2 - 5 pm, needless to say we got a phone call from a tech. to introduce himself (Jeffrey) and to let us know he would be at our house a little after 2pm. Shortly after I spoke with Jeffrey I got a confrimation text message from Precision that our tech was in route. Jeffrey gave us a quote that best fit our needs and was able to change out the broken spring in no time. Not only was he on time, very polite he also cleaned up when he was finished. We would strongly recommend Precision. Thank you for your GREAT customer service and being open on a Sunday with NO EXTRA charge.
