I called concerning a spring that broke the previous evening . Adam was here as scheduled in the morning and was very good at explaining everything . After he measured the springs to get the correct replacement part he showed me a couple of other parts that were well worn and would no doubt cause an issue possibly in the very near future . Although I spent more than I had planned , I went ahead with replacing the recommended parts to prevent another inconvenient breakdown . Adam completed the installation of all the parts in a timely manner . He was courteous , professional and very good at explaining everything .

First I got three quotes. Precision was the last one i got a quote from. I got three quotes from the sales rep with an explanation for each one. All were up to code for hurricane. No high pressure sales just the facts of what could be purchased. Today was the install. Jesus was the installer. He came to the house on time, introduced himself and set to work. Precision performed previous repairs on my garage door and did a great job, so I called them again when a recent storm messed up my sensors. I was able to schedule the same day, which was very convenient. Jared Ebel was my technician and did an amazing job. He noted my old motor and drive were probably at their end of life (I had also observed this myself) and quoted a replacement with a much quieter WiFi controlled system. He didn’t pressure me at all and let me decide if I wanted to proceed or do the simple repair. The replacement cost was reasonable, and he completed the work promptly.
