I was surprisingly impressed by same day service on a Saturday The Technician showed up on time and immediately evaluated the problem and gave me recommendations based on my needs, not profits. Amazingly he had all the parts with him to replace the entire garage door opener system to avoid wasted trips to gather stuff up. He was professional and personable at the same time. The new system is amazingly smooth and extremely quiet. He made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before he walked to his truck. They came out to replace the Wi-Fi network card that had gone bad. He also lubricated my doors and check the springs. My springs are just over five years old and I ended up replacing them with better springs and got a deal two for one. Very happy I won't have to worry about springs going bad anytime soon.

I don’t know how can you justify this pricing with repair. 3,800 to replace a motor and replace the springs of a garage door. And the price of the motor plus labor is 1,665.30. Say you pay 400 for the motor. Do you think it’s fair to charge a labor 1,265 for 2 and 1/2 hour job? Just asking. I called them they passed me to the agent who did it. But the person said it’s the company who charge it not him. Here is the breakdown of what they charge me. Not recommending this company in the future.

The technician was very good and completed the job in 45 minutes. That included changing one broken spring on a single garage door. The first price he quoted was $500 and I refused. So he came back with another price of $400 for a different kind of spring. I didn’t looked at the springs to see the difference because it was a Thursday night. I still think $400 was overpriced because a spring for that door is $100 dollars or less at Home Depot. But under the circumstances I went with the $400 replacement. It works fine again! I think $400 for just 20 minutes actual work is over priced. But the company was excellent as was the technician doing the job.
