I called today around noon. They gave me a window from 2pm to 4pm. The technician George showed up at 2pm on the nose. George inspected what needed to be done and also what could be a problem down the road. I asked him to just repair the broken spring due to my time is limited at this residence. George was great and fast, also very respectful. Price was reasonable as well.

Manuel Planos came to inspect the 37 year old garage door of our recently purchased home in Countryclub Estates. Noisy, squeaky, scary, drafty and sorely in need of an overhaul and update. Then quoted options and provided his expert opinion. 3 hours later I have a state of the art, quiet, smooth operating garage door with a 5 year trouble free warranty. All this at a reasonable price (less than half the cost of new). That's what I call 5 Star. New Motor, new glides, new pro-grade " springs, new wire spools, new bearings, new remotes, a total overhaul but saved the heavy duty door.
