Garage doors was making noises like it was jumping track or something..also, none of our remotes worked…ARNOLD came to our house , checked the door, and found several problems..he kindly gave us an estimate for all work needed, and we agreed to have him do it…I can’t say enough about ARNOLD..HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PEOPLE ORIENTED, AND DOES THE JOB IN GOOD TIME…HE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.. I asked Precision for a quote on my garage door springs. I was told by another company I needed to have them replaced. They sent Jordan Earhart. What a nice guy. It turns out I don't need to replace them yet. Jordan checked the springs and the date on the springs. They were working fine and only from 2021. I will make sure to use Percision when I do need to replace them. I am really impressed. Great company, and honest.

Very disappointed. Our remotes stopped working ao we called to have our garage door looked at. The technician said he could fix it by reprogramming it and while he was here would service (lubricate the door) . I said fine, Total price ~$200. We were then told that reprogramming didn’t work, which I’m not surprised because I told him I already tried that. I then told him I would pay the service charge and that we needed to think about other options. He then said I was still going to be charged the $200 fee for the call and maintenance. So I spent $200 for nothing. I then found an 8 step trouble shoot for my problem on the chamberlain website that the service tech didn’t even perform. What a joke. I do not recommend this company.

I called Precision Garage Drs the morning after one of my door springs broke. They were able to send a repairman out the same day. Kenneth S. arrived on time and evaluated my situation and explained the recommended replacement and repairs needed. He wrote up an invoice with pricing for me to approve and said he could make all repairs on the spot. I gladly agreed because I had expected him to set up another date for the repair. My garage door works great now and Kenneth couldn't have been more professional in our communications and his knowledge and experience for the job.

I called Precision because they were able to come the following day first thing in the morning, unlike their competitor. James, the technician, called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He assessed the issue I was having with my garage door and opener and gave me several options in which to choose from (i.e., things that needed replacing and parts that were worn). After I made my decision, he completed the work in a few hours and helped me reprogram my garage door opener in my car. Mike F., the service tech who came out, was awesome! Courteous, professional, and friendly.. He gets 5 stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ??! He even helped with other parts and longer extended warranty. As far as Precision .. I won’t be recommending or using their services again. Total price gauging on garage door springs!!! $460 each! I asked several other garage door companies who would have installed them for almost 1/2 of what I paid Precision I priced the springs out and for the “upgraded” type Precision installed, and they should have been no more than $150 each. I even found the exact springs that precision used for $93 each. I was totally ripped off and taken advantage of.
