The whole process of replacing my two garage doors could not have been easier or more professional. The call to the office was very professional. I got a quote immediately for the doors I wanted and a picture of what I ordered to show my wife. I accepted the estimate and got a phone call to schedule an appointment. They sent a guy to measure the doors to make sure that they were standard. He explained the whole process nicely and was very friendly. The next day, two guys showed up and installed the door in two hours. All the way, I felt very much appreciated. We are now very pleased with the work done and our beautiful doors.

The technician, Braxton showed up earlier (after the office called to make sure that would be okay) than my scheduled same day appointment, unstuck the garage door and replaced the motor and sensors, he even reprogrammed all my remotes. Terrific experience today. My garage door opener did not work at 7:30 am this morning. I called Precision and within a couple of hours the techs were at my door. Stefan and George did an excellent job determining what the issue was and then worked very hard in the heat to install a new garage door opener. I purchased a new Genie garage door opener with key pad from Precision and they installed the unit about a year ago. Everything was working beautifully until the outside key pad stopped working today. I assumed it needed new batteries. When I attempted to remove the cover to the key pad, it appeared stuck and I didn't want to force it and risk breaking the plastic cover. So, I called Precision Garage Door's phone number. It is delightful to hear a real voice on the other end of the line vs an automated message. I explained the problem I was having and the agent got somebody our here right away within 30 minutes of my phonecall! A nice young man greeted me and quickly opened the key pad cover and showed me how to correctly install two new AAA batteries, which I had on hand. I am so grateful for their quick response even for the simplest of tasks!

I really appreciated the quick response on setting the appointment. I had previously gotten three estimates for replacing my garage door and motor. Luis was very good in getting all the necessary measurements and worked quickly with his manager to get a quote and a date for instsllation. There was very little difference in the quotes, but I chose Precision based on the company's reputation and their knowledgeable employees.
