Blake was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained what would be happening eventually with my door, so I am informed and prepared. He called prior to arrival, and when he was done, wiped up the over spray grease with a towel. I will definitely call when I need service! It was a pleasant experience.

Ryan was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. Precision has been coming here over the years. I had a 20 year old garage door opener that had run it's course and Precision replace it with a Linear belt driven 1/2 HP that is extremely quiet compared to my old one. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate Precision a 4, ONLY because I ALWAYS leave room for improvement.

Very pleased with the service, and the repair. The serviceman was very knowledgeable, and professional. The same day repair was also, impressive. We called at 8:30am, and serviceman was there by 9:30am. He found, and fixed other issues we were not aware of that were repaired too.
