After not being completely satisfied with initial service, this company went above and beyond to make it right. Very responsive and listened to my concerns. Immediately sent someone out and fixed the issue. ZERO complaints. I appreciate people who strive to completely satisfy the customer. These people did just that.

Not repaired. In order to totally repair, it was suggested that I replace the track, even though, the garage door opener is only 4 years old. Track is square beam constraction, verses I-beam construction. Bottom line, the door is safe and functional; however, if it bothers me too much, replace it.
