The fellow you sent over was excellent. He was over real fast because the door opener broke at the most inconvenient time. He diagnosed the problem fast, to the circuit board, the truck had the board in stock & all was well.

This is a great company. All their workers are so professional and polite. I had my door installed and the AC people ruined my motor. Precision Door came out and fixed it quickly. Recently I had an issue with water coming in a corner of the garage. The rubber lining at the bottom had moved and frayed in one corner. No worries, it was under warranty two years later! The tech also set up the remote door opener on my phone. I can’t say enough good things about this company.

I called today around noon. They gave me a window from 2pm to 4pm. The technician George showed up at 2pm on the nose. George inspected what needed to be done and also what could be a problem down the road. I asked him to just repair the broken spring due to my time is limited at this residence. George was great and fast, also very respectful. Price was reasonable as well.
