This is a repost. The tech was just Here on Friday as I called to replace the rubber seal on the bottom of the door which precision installed in 2018. Tech advised my rollers were ending their life so I agreed to replacement. He released tension on the springs as I had said I had precision installed battery backup last year as I couldn’t open door during a power outage last year. Well today I have new issue opening door and it is making loud noise I was giving window for the new tech to come out today again Didn’t expect issues on a new door only 7 years old

Manuel Planos came to inspect the 37 year old garage door of our recently purchased home in Countryclub Estates. Noisy, squeaky, scary, drafty and sorely in need of an overhaul and update. All this at a reasonable price (less than half the cost of new). That's what I call 5 Star. New Motor, new glides, new pro-grade " springs, new wire spools, new bearings, new remotes, a total overhaul but saved the heavy duty door.
