I called precision garage doors at approximately 2 PM Saturday, March 15. I was told that a representative could come out at no charge and give me an estimate to repair my door. I had a very quick response a very pleasant phone call with LUCA the technician That was coming, gave me some information about costs and I told him to proceed to my home. Just as promised, he came diagnosed the problem which was broken. Springs gave me the price which was less than some of the other top companies I had called who by the way wanted Extra money to come on the weekends. LUCA performed the work in a very timely and professional manner, very pleasant and personable young man that I would highly recommend helped me diagnose some other problems with my door. I can’t say enough for Luca and the honesty of him and the company. Take my advice. Give precisiona call before you commit to anybody else. 1000% satisfied.

They installed my door about eight years years ago. It was a great installation. Never had any issues even after hurricane. Today I called because one of my center brackets was broken. To my surprise, they showed up two hours later which is absolutely unheard of replace the brackets cause he had them on the truck with new sensors too, because those sensors were old and completely outdated. Unbelievable that’s what I call service. They checked the system when they were done or good to go. the technician, Chase was spot on

2/20/25 called this AM Spoke with Katlin/Britney who were very pleasant and professional and set me up with same day appointment with Melanie in which I spoke with weeks before for an estimate ,upon her punctual arrival we discussed our needs and she not only explained step by step the process ,timing of ordering and installation and showed us samples of doors and options of new openers if we chose that route! in the end we closed the deal on a new hurricane rated door plus opener for a more than reasonable price, thank you Melanie for your kindness ,professionlisum and patience ! precision garage doors is the way to go.

We had a garage door spring break just before noontime, called Precision Garage Door Service based solely on an internet search, and by early afternoon had their technician, Mike Beckum, in our garage assessing the situation. We have a very heavy, hurricane-reinforced two-car garage door, so beyond replacing the broken spring, we opted to get the entire assembly (both springs, the rod, pulleys, and cables) replaced. Everything replaced by Precision is now under a 7-year parts and labor warranty. The entire garage door operation is so much smoother now. We were thoroughly impressed with Mike's friendliness and professionalism.

I have used Precision Garage Door for many years. Why, because from making the initial call to getting the technician out they have been professional, caring and efficient. Luke was the technician this time and like all of the technicians I have had he was on time, courteous and besides being knowledgeable of their products he explained the product and how to use and how to keep it in working order. They do not try up-selling a product to make a sell. When I explained how heavy the door was to open after the hurricanes and it seemed to be slow at times I felt something might be wrong, he explained about have heavier springs to lift the heavy duty hurricane door that I had installed last year and not lessening the motor life of the opener. I agreed to the change and it made a big difference. Thanks to Luke I remain a happy customer.

We've had Precision do great work on our garage door a few times over the years and today's experience with Chad was another home run! Our main issue was a broken torsion spring and Chad went over all of the components to check for any other signs of excessive wear. Chad clearly explained what and why any parts needed to be replaced and gave me a clear exact price with no surprises and no pressure.
