Overall, Precision is a great company. Seem to be able to reach them regardless of time of day that I have tried calling, including weekends, and they are always very professional from the receptionists who I have spoken with to their tech guys. Doug serviced my garage door, I had an old Genie unit and he was very informative and knowledgeable. He helped me understand exactly why I needed to replace my system (which has been on the fritz for the past several months), from the operator and track to the keypads and even the wheels and pins that I decided to replace. Moreover, Doug had my entire system replaced within 2-3 hours tops and didn't leave any mess behind or anything else to be concerned with. He also walked me through the new system including how to sync my built-in remote in my SUV and essentially everything else I needed to know. I was also pleased with their pricing, very competitive and affordable. I will most definitely use Precision again in the future if/when needed.
