Not repaired. In order to totally repair, it was suggested that I replace the track, even though, the garage door opener is only 4 years old. Track is square beam constraction, verses I-beam construction. Bottom line, the door is safe and functional; however, if it bothers me too much, replace it.

It was a great relief to call Precision and find out they could send a tech out to repair my inoperative garage door on the same day! Matt Cipolla called ahead of the time frame I was given and was friendly, courteous and a total professional! He explained everything clearly to me, showed me all the parts that needed replacing and gave me options for the repair, so that I could make the best decision I could afford - Who does THAT these days??? Matt from Precision does, that's who! I had seen their commercials on tv and found a discount repair coupon(sticker) on the front page of my TBT newspaper, so I saved it for future reference and was very glad I did! Matt told me that my old double wall steel garage door was still in good shape and they don't build them like that anymore. He also re-positioned and secured part of the track that wasn't flush with the wall to make it glide up and down smoother. My garage door opens and closes very quietly now - no more shake, rattle and rickety roll. I only have one suggestion: it would be great to have a Precision sticker, with their phone number, the date of service and the expiration date of the parts warranty and a recommended future service date on it (like when you get an oil change for your car) that I could put on the inside of the garage door. Thank you, Matt and thank you Precision!

I ordered a 1/2 hp motor. The representative arrived with a 3/4 hp motor. Which was $200.00 more. I was charmed Sales tax. There is no sales tax in Fl. Be wary of Precision. Overpriced and they over sell. This company wasn't customer focused. That was my experience.

I was offered several options with no pressure to up buy product. Work was done quickly. Garage door fixed and now operates smoothly. Quick availability of service tech and his experience was outstanding. Tech outlined what the several solutions might be, then proceeded to solve the problem. Have only had 1 other emergency need for service and the first response was the same as this. Selected Precision 3 years ago for full garage door replacement and fully recommend them for this service.

My garage door decided to break on a Saturday afternoon. Apparently the springs broke. My plan was to try and open and close the door manually until the weekend was over. Unfortunately, I could not even lift the door. I goes this is common when the springs break. I called Precision and they responded about an hour later. John Tsangarinos was the senior technician on site. He and his co-worker were polite, professional, and patient. They did an excellent job in replacing parts and installing a new garage door opener. The prices for parts, service, installation was a bit steep BUT they do not charge extra for a Saturday service call. My garage door is working efficiently and more importantly quietly. Great job. Very Professional.

Once again Precision Garage Door to the rescue!! Our tech Luke Rose was amazing and listened to what our issue was and went about to try and problem solve to nail down the problem. He was thorough and competent and replaced a malfunctioning unit along with the wiring. And the work was performed while under warranty. We would give 10 stars for this service and tech!!
