I had a garage door and belt drive opener installed this month.Rebecca was the estimator,Franklin did the initial install and Ross did some troubleshooting and installed the trim.They were all 5 star ! Customer service,Danielle and (I think her name is)Nicole were extremely pleasant and efficient. Any and all issues were resolved in a timely manner. I would and will use Precision again.

Jose Rosario was my Service Tech. He arrived at the top end of my appointment time frame, which was greatly appreciated. I pointed out the broken braces I'd found and he found more. When he installed the new ones he used longer bolts for added strength. I added an item to the service call, which wasn't an issue. Jose was personable and polite, and while I'd rather not have had a problem, Jose made the issue bearable. If I need work done in the future, I'd request Jose Rosario to be my Service Tech.

Service guy was fast, polite, and professional. Pricing was absurd, ~$100 worth of parts from any retail store and about an hour of labor to change a spring and they billed me $900. If we werent in a rush, we would have gone with another vendor. It costs $850 for a new door installed with parts, why does replacing a few parts cost the same? I left them a message on this and no response.

After Hurricane Irma passed it was necessary for me to get my car out of the garage, I pulled the lever and I could manually open the door...the problem then was that the door would not stay open and I could not connect the disconnect lever. David Crowe, a service representative came out, adjusted the springs and connected the lever. I was completely satisfied with the service, his professionalism and his ability to explain the problem. I will not hesitate to recommend Precision and David Crowe.

Hah... you must be kidding.. yes I did find it cheaper elsewhere and with a company that did not try and push me to to the work now now now and try and sell me overpriced parts that I did not need! I gave you a chance at being fair and honest with me and you blew it!

Not repaired. In order to totally repair, it was suggested that I replace the track, even though, the garage door opener is only 4 years old. Track is square beam constraction, verses I-beam construction. Bottom line, the door is safe and functional; however, if it bothers me too much, replace it.

It was a great relief to call Precision and find out they could send a tech out to repair my inoperative garage door on the same day! Matt Cipolla called ahead of the time frame I was given and was friendly, courteous and a total professional! He explained everything clearly to me, showed me all the parts that needed replacing and gave me options for the repair, so that I could make the best decision I could afford - Who does THAT these days??? Matt from Precision does, that's who! I had seen their commercials on tv and found a discount repair coupon(sticker) on the front page of my TBT newspaper, so I saved it for future reference and was very glad I did! Matt told me that my old double wall steel garage door was still in good shape and they don't build them like that anymore. He also re-positioned and secured part of the track that wasn't flush with the wall to make it glide up and down smoother. My garage door opens and closes very quietly now - no more shake, rattle and rickety roll. I only have one suggestion: it would be great to have a Precision sticker, with their phone number, the date of service and the expiration date of the parts warranty and a recommended future service date on it (like when you get an oil change for your car) that I could put on the inside of the garage door.
