The techs were very good & courteous and obviously knew what they were doing---but--the girl on the phone that I made the appointment with didn't come close to giving me an accurate quote--left out the surcharge, the $49.95, the springs estimate was wrong and didn't include bearing cost---so this cost was over twice what I expected. Other than that---ok

I am 88 years old. My garage door would not open this morning. I called Precision because that is the only firm we have used for the past several years with excellent service. Mike Boyle came and diagnosed the problem quickly. Believe me he is a "keeper". All of your techs have been great, More than satisfied.

The salesman, Chris Burdge, explained all the options and recommended the lowest priced package which would meet all our needs. He explained the optional features and warranty options accurately. Based upon that we made a choice with which we felt very comfortable. He then arranged for next day installation, The installer, Franklin, did a fabulous job, including cleanup and explanation of how to use the remote, etc. The door looks great and is so much quieter than our old door. We picked Precision because of a great experience with a past repair.

Service was excellent! And was done in a timely fashion. However, I was disappointed with the price. When I called they told me there was a $49 charge to come out and it would be applied if you had the work done. When I got the bill it reflected a $20 surcharge for fuel. That was never discussed in our conversation or estimate. Those practices short change the quality and respectability of the company . Your mechanic was very proficient and polite. He explained our options and proceeded to do the work required in record time. He replaced the shaft, pulleys, cables and all new rollers. He did all this work in what we consider to be record time. Your advertising is correct! He arrived promptly,was very quick to offer our repair options. Our garage door remotes needed to be replaced due to age. It was easy to schedule an appointment for the same day. Tim came out, programmed two new remotes, and checked out the system. He was very professional and did an outstanding job.

We contacted Precision when our garage door opener decided not to work. They were able to come the next day. The men who came out were very professional and were well informed on the products we needed. They were not hard hitting sales people. They just gave us our options. We ended up having them do more to the door than originally anticipated because their prices were so fair. This is the only garage door repair company I would ever use. Everyone in the company was a pleasure to work with.

John Pappas came out around 3:00 this afternoon and installed my new 3/4 horsepower belt driven motor. It is very quite and very efficient. It came with a lifetime warranty and 2 openers. John was very quick with the installation and clean up. I'm very pleased and highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

I had a spring break on my door with my wifes car stuck outside the garage. I called Precision and they sent someone right away. After about 30 minutes John P showed up. He was polite, personable, and professional. He look at the door and then gave me a few options for the repair. He was not pushy in any way and let me pick the one that fit my budget. After I made my choice he went right to work replacing the springs and servicing the door. It took less than an hour and the door works perfect. Thank you John and Precision.

I called to made an appointment to discuss my garage doors. Matt met me at the agreed upon time gave me several options to repair the main door, priced out the options I selected, and completed the work, almost a complete makeover, that day. The door's mechanics, almost 20 years old, were replaced as needed (including spring, rollers, a new belt drive and motor, remotes and keypad) and when finished, everything worked great and the door was very quiet. Wow! After moving to Clearwater from Northern Virginia just six months ago, yesterday I found that my garage door wouldn't open. Having seen the Precision vans and billboards (and after seeing their online reviews) I gave them a call. The scheduler confirmed an appointment for between 2:00 and 4:00 the same day and - wow what a concept! - the technician actually arrived early! He showed me what the problems were, gave me a written estimate, and proceeded to get everything repaired/replaced and working smoothly. Thanks to Keith Allen, the technician, for the great work, explanation of work done, and pleasant demeanor and to Precision for the overall superb experience.

We discovered late this afternoon that mom's garage door would not open. Immediately called Precision (they had replaced Mom's garage door several years ago), and were told that a technician would arrive from a Clearwater job, as soon as possible. Since we are in Tarpon Springs, we assumed that it might take a while for a tech to arrive, but were relieved that they were sending someone today. Very soon, Matthew arrived, immediately diagnosed and explained the problem (the garage door opener motor and some springs), and offered options in different price ranges. As soon as we chose the repair package, he went to work, completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time, and could not have been more professional and courteous.
