Door would not close either with the remote, wall switch or app. It just made a clicking sound. Closed the door manually. Called for service, they answered within a minute. Very courteous and very helpful. She made an appointment for me. She said a technician will be coming in between a four hour window. It’s Sunday! Technician was here half an hour. Diagnose was swift and repaired done fast. Door works fine and as it should. Very satisfied and will recommend them to anyone needing repairs to their garage door.

Melanie Beaudin came out to provide a quote did a great job. She was pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the product. We were impressed with the company van and the display rack that slid out of the back showing us physical replicas and options. The installation team was courteous and worked efficiently to remove the old doors and rails along with the new installs. Both doors look great. They operate smoothly and have a tight fit. The inspection was a breeze, no issues or questions. We are very happy with our new doors.

Mike F., the service tech who came out, was awesome! Courteous, professional, and friendly.. He gets 5 stars ?? ?? ?? ?? ??! He even helped with other parts and longer extended warranty. As far as Precision .. I won’t be recommending or using their services again. Total price gauging on garage door springs!!! $460 each! I asked several other garage door companies who would have installed them for almost 1/2 of what I paid Precision I priced the springs out and for the “upgraded” type Precision installed, and they should have been no more than $150 each. I even found the exact springs that precision used for $93 each. I was totally ripped off and taken advantage of.

I have seen Precision Garage Door trucks in my neighborhood over the years so when I came home and garage door would open only a few inches, I knew who to call. Could have had a technician within a couple of hours of my call (impressive) but elected to schedule for the next day. Bob called about 20 minutes ahead of arriving. When he arrived, he did a thorough check of the garage door, coils, cables, track, sensors, etc. I knew the coil was broken but he pointed out a number of other things in need of repair. He provided a quote with the critical repair items and also quoted on the non-essential repair items. I really appreciated the time he took to explain what all was causing the door not to open - it is obvious he knows what he's doing. Very polite, professional and even swept out the garage after he was done! I'm going to tell my neighbors and friends about the positive experience I had with Precision Garage Door.

I called Precision Garage Doors after receiving an initial estimate to replace a broken door Spring. The technician was very thorough and honest that the wheel bearings might need to be replaced as well and he would know once he removed the springs. While his estimate was higher than the original company that came out, he spoke with his manager to obtain more competitive pricing. There was some metal deposit indicative of wear so I had him replace the bearings as well. Very professional and respectful of the customers needs. Garage door is working perfectly now!

Extremely satisfied with the whole experience. I really appreciated a technician could come after 5pm so I did not have to take some time off. Everything has been taken care of in one call and one day. The technician called before arriving. John Duff was very professional and knowledgeable, went beyond his job by removing the old motor and replacing a few screws and other things, I really appreciated the way he fixed everything and explained along the process. Austin and Precision exceeded my expectations! The tech called ahead to advise arrival time; he quickly analyzed the issue, and promptly provided 3 options. I decided on repair option - Austin quickly got to work, replacing bad parts and checking alignment and door operation multiple times to be sure everything was working properly. He reprogrammed a few remote openers, lubed the tracks, rollers and hinges - all within an hour! Austin was professional, courteous, and very efficient- I had him add a Precision decal to my garage door as your company will now be my preferred vendor for future garage door issues! The cost was reasonable and I appreciate the military discount too! Thanks

Called for someone to come to repair our garage door opener. Person who scheduled the appointment was professional and efficient. Tech was scheduled for the very next day. Tech arrived as scheduled, was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Problem was quickly found and repaired.

Tech was on time, pleasant, fixed problem I had as well as found another and fixed what would have been a problem later. Only thing I noticed, after he left, was the left door that he replaced the chain gear on does not completely close all the way. It is up about a half inch unless I go over and push it down with my foot. I have problems with mice entering garage as I store trash cans there and they will easily find their way in if I don’t remember to push it all the way with my foot. It would be nice if someone would come back and adjust it out but Indo not want to incur another visit charge.
