My technician arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. Before he got started making the repair, he assessed the problem with my door opening mechanism and then outlined the repair for my approval. He answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. Our door opener broke and we needed fast replacement, especially when I was leaving town for a trip, leaving my wife to handle the issue. We have always used Precision for our garage door issues. They have great customer service, are professional, prompt and do quality work. The same this time with our new garage door opener. My only issue this time is they charged us over $1500 for the motor which you can buy for $400. I know labor is part of that charge but almost 4 times the retail seems excessive especially when the installation did not require any new wiring or main hanging bracket. In addition, for a two car garage they left only one opener faub, which at first they were going to charge us for, but made it right after a phone conversation. This makes us question whether we will consider them first on our future repairs.

The installers were very good but as I take a good look afterwards, I am confident that I overpaid. The components are cheaply made and I seriously doubt they will last long. It doesn't look, perform or act like an $1100 garage door opener and based upon a web search, I have grounds for the doubt.

Chris and Tom address my service call issue as my garage door hing was separating from the chain drive. They told me my old garage motor assembly that I chose to keep when they installed my new hurricane door a few years ago was no longer able to handle the task. They proposed a new motor assembly, offered a fair to lower then expected cost of the new motor and I stalled the new motor within an hour. Simple: they were knowledgeable, honest and competent. Called Precision when my garage door started acting up. Service scheduled for same day. Technician Christopher arrived within the expected time. He diagnosed the problems with the opener and some other issues and affected repaired. He also took the time to program cars and openers.He explained the process to program and troubleshoot any issues I may have.

Hunter was awesome! He called ahead to make sure coming early was OK (it was!). He checked out my current set up and suggested a new garage door opener motor. It turns out that mine was 21 years old! In about an hour he had a new one installed and went over everything with me. It's so quiet and nice to have an automatic door again. Complete with a keypad! I couldn't be happier with the service I got!

I really appreciated the quick response on setting the appointment. I had previously gotten three estimates for replacing my garage door and motor. Luis was very good in getting all the necessary measurements and worked quickly with his manager to get a quote and a date for instsllation. There was very little difference in the quotes, but I chose Precision based on the company's reputation and their knowledgeable employees.
