Kind of a rip off turns out. Charged $1215 to install a new genie Genie 3120 belt drive garage door opener which can be purchased from Amazon for around $400. It took one technician about two hours to install it after concluding my old opener was unrepairable. So that labor works out to about $$400 per hour. Pretty pricey!!!

Called Precision late Saturday afternoon because our garage door was suddenly stuck open. I was so thankful that Precision sent a technician out almost immediately -- arriving at 8:30 pm. John D. was amazing in analyzing the situation and fixing the door. He wrapped up his repair by 10 pm, allowing us to get a good night's sleep in a secure home.
