I called Precision Garage Doors after receiving an initial estimate to replace a broken door Spring. The technician was very thorough and honest that the wheel bearings might need to be replaced as well and he would know once he removed the springs. While his estimate was higher than the original company that came out, he spoke with his manager to obtain more competitive pricing. There was some metal deposit indicative of wear so I had him replace the bearings as well. Very professional and respectful of the customers needs. Garage door is working perfectly now!

Extremely satisfied with the whole experience. I really appreciated a technician could come after 5pm so I did not have to take some time off. Everything has been taken care of in one call and one day. The technician called before arriving. John Duff was very professional and knowledgeable, went beyond his job by removing the old motor and replacing a few screws and other things, I really appreciated the way he fixed everything and explained along the process. Austin and Precision exceeded my expectations! The tech called ahead to advise arrival time; he quickly analyzed the issue, and promptly provided 3 options. I decided on repair option - Austin quickly got to work, replacing bad parts and checking alignment and door operation multiple times to be sure everything was working properly. He reprogrammed a few remote openers, lubed the tracks, rollers and hinges - all within an hour! Austin was professional, courteous, and very efficient- I had him add a Precision decal to my garage door as your company will now be my preferred vendor for future garage door issues! Called for someone to come to repair our garage door opener. Person who scheduled the appointment was professional and efficient. Tech was scheduled for the very next day. Tech arrived as scheduled, was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Problem was quickly found and repaired.

Tech was on time, pleasant, fixed problem I had as well as found another and fixed what would have been a problem later. Only thing I noticed, after he left, was the left door that he replaced the chain gear on does not completely close all the way. It is up about a half inch unless I go over and push it down with my foot. I have problems with mice entering garage as I store trash cans there and they will easily find their way in if I don’t remember to push it all the way with my foot. It would be nice if someone would come back and adjust it out but Indo not want to incur another visit charge.
