I was having a problem with my small garage door so I called procession and they were prompt to send out a professional named Shawn who did a complete inspection of both my doors. He evaluated both doors and found multiple problems and many parts that needed to be replaced due to age and wear. We ultimately had to replace the complete opener for the large door but not before Shawn exhausted all other possible solutions. He was professional, polite and a technician you can truly be proud to have representing your company !

Terrific experience today. My garage door opener did not work at 7:30 am this morning. I called Precision and within a couple of hours the techs were at my door. Stefan and George did an excellent job determining what the issue was and then worked very hard in the heat to install a new garage door opener. I am adding to the stack of 5-star reviews. Alex is a consummate representative of a great organization. He is an excellent communicator and competent/skilled in his approach to issues. Precision installed the current door in 2016. Prior to a recent power outage there were no issues with the door or the installation. When trying to open the door during a recent outage I found it quite heavy, and it would not remain open without being held; now requiring two people to get a car out of the garage. I looked at the horizontal track and attributed the issue to the angle of the door track and called Precision. Alex arrived as scheduled for the appointment the same day I called. He explained that over time metal fatigue reduced the strength of the springs and that was the root cause. After a full review of the state of the other components, he provided a comprehensive recommendation (with choices clearly explained). We agreed on the options; he affected the repairs, and insured he left no debris behind when he was done. It doesn't get any better than this

Saved 3k with this company. Another garage door company quoted me 7k for a new door. I called Percision again (they have fixed my garage doors several times.. multiple garages). Not only did I get a repeat customer discount, they gave me a veteran discount on top (Army Vet). (hubby backed into door this time). Top notch service all around. Highly recommend this company.

My garage door would not close and Precision Garage Door sent someone out the same day to provide a diagnosis. It was a Saturday which made their promptness all the more impressive. We arrived home around 4:30 yesterday to find our garage door only able to rise a few inches. I was able to pull it up enough so we could get in the house. Turns out a spring had broken. I went on the website and was able, to my surprise, to book a same day appointment. Sammy showed up around 7:00 PM. He explained our current problem and we went over our old garage door opener system that was in bad shape. We were lucky it lasted as long as it did. We chose to have everything replaced but the door and the motor. To our surprise, Sammy said he could replace all the parts while he was there. He worked till everything was done. Somewhere between 11:00 and 11:30. Wow! What great service! We also had an issue with our outdoor keypad. He was able to fix that as well. Not 5 stars….6 stars! Thank you!

Our garage door spring broke around 8:30 pm. We called the local number and much to our surprise, they not only answered, but were able to schedule a technician for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was able make repairs and suggestions to improve our door's function. He was courteous and professional.
