However, the unit they installed appears to be much better (sturdier then the old one). We have used Precision in the past; they were excellent then. So when we had problems, we called them first.

AS SHE WAS WRITING UP HER ESTIMATE, SHE SAID SHE NEEDED SOMTHING FROM HER VAN. SHE CAME BACK A FEW MINUTES LATER AND SAID SHE UNDERSTOOD ALL WE WERE GOING THROUGH AND SHE AND HER COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO GIVE US NOT ONLY A NEW GARAGE DOOR, BUT A NEW OPENER TOO! OMG I WAS SPEACHLESS. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. WE WERE BOTH TEARY EYED. I ASKED "WHY" SHE SAID OCCASIONALLY HER COMPANY DID SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN SPECIAL CITUATIONS. I STILL COULDN'T BELIEVE IT.
