Our garage door spring broke around 8:30 pm. We called the local number and much to our surprise, they not only answered, but were able to schedule a technician for the next day. The technician arrived on time and was able make repairs and suggestions to improve our door's function. He was courteous and professional.

The service technician was friendly and quickly found the problem with the flashing light of the opener and fixed it, and checked to see if it was still under warranty.

I knew Nick Rossi personally, called him about garage sensor problems, he got me onto the next days schedule. Nick arrived and reviewed and confirmed the problem and took care of it quickly and professionally. There had been slight water intrusion from previous hurricane season, sensors replaced as well as a bracket and cables showing rust. There was another technician along with Nick, (I apologize I don’t remember his name, he was also very personable and professional).

I was not certain which door company to contact so I went with the most recognizable name locally, which was Precision. I contacted them because my garage door would not open or close fully. I called them and they were able to have someone come by later in the day...very convenient! Their technician contacted me before he arrived and was right on time. He quickly assessed that I needed a new belt, since the original belt had broken. Within the hour the job was done and the opener was fully opperational. The technician, whose name I have forgotten was respectful, informative and knowledgeable about my problem. I cannot comment on the price I was charged but it seemed in line with my expectations. I will be contacting Precision for any garage door issues in the future.

Totally happy. I actually used the Clearwater location but nonetheless, everything was great from the gal that scheduled to visit to the tech on site. He gave me many options to fit within my budget. Used them years ago to replace my garage door with a hurricane grade door, and loved the customer service back them which is why I called them for my current issue. Highly recommend to anyone. Thank you all for your superior service all around!

Calling to schedule was so easy and they scheduled me for the same day! The technician, Phil, was extremely knowledgeable and explained each component of the system and exactly how it was worn out and why it was making some terrible noises. He had the work completed in about an hour and everything works great. Phil also made sure I downloaded the app and explained all the features which I'm sure I'll use at some point. Great experience!

My spring broke on my rather old garage door so I set up an appointment and Mike showed up promptly. He did a wonderful job replacing the spring and worn parts. I purchased a new Genie garage door opener with key pad from Precision and they installed the unit about a year ago. Everything was working beautifully until the outside key pad stopped working today. I assumed it needed new batteries. When I attempted to remove the cover to the key pad, it appeared stuck and I didn't want to force it and risk breaking the plastic cover. So, I called Precision Garage Door's phone number. It is delightful to hear a real voice on the other end of the line vs an automated message. I explained the problem I was having and the agent got somebody our here right away within 30 minutes of my phonecall! A nice young man greeted me and quickly opened the key pad cover and showed me how to correctly install two new AAA batteries, which I had on hand. I am so grateful for their quick response even for the simplest of tasks!
