Firstly A huge thank you for being available on a sunday evening when I was so upset as to ben first my daughter then when I got home from my work as soon as we saw him we knew it was gonna work. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He was capable very competent and kind. He explained everything well including to use white lithium grease one the fittings every 6 months. Ryan was very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. Precision has been coming here over the years. I had a 20 year old garage door opener that had run it's course and Precision replace it with a Linear belt driven 1/2 HP that is extremely quiet compared to my old one. On a scale from 1 to 5, I would rate Precision a 4, ONLY because I ALWAYS leave room for improvement.
