We called the number on the sales receipt form our door purchase in 2001 and were connected to a Precision phone rep. I must say the phone rep let me feeling a little concerned about the quality of service to expect today. Fortunately that was NOT the case. The service rep Ed was OUTSTANDING. He has very knowledgable, able to explain and help me the customer understand the repair. He inspected the door and pointed out some additional needs that would further the life and quality of the doors operation. He was prompt, courteous, and provided the kind of customer service that is sorely lacking in so many businesses these days. THANKS for a GREAT experience. I will gladly, and highly recommend Precision for any garage door need.
