Everyone was very professional, from the estimator to the installation techs. My dogs are very protective of our property, but one of the dogs who normally is suspect of new people around the house, took to the estimator; that made my wife comfortable with the process. Everyone arrived within the time frame provided to us. The installation was completed in a reasonable amount of time. We are very happy with the new garage door and opener. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new garage door or service to an existing door consider contacting Precision.

I am a new homeowner and my technician did an extraordinary job. He attended to every possible detail and analysed a complicated problem with my door, which had not been used much for many years, and articulated the issues clearly. He educated me about springs, sensors, etc. To top it off, he was such a nice, polite person and made his work in my home quite comfortable. I recommend this company without hesitation.

The door lifter was originally purchased from Precision. Mike Boyle was excellent. He was prompt and I appreciated not having to wait all afternoon. He was very helpful to me, explaining what I needed and what else I could have serviced. He also fixed a small light problem that we had with the liftmaster.
