After purchasing an Angie's List special for a new door seal and tune-up, technician Blake did a complete inspection and discovered a cable that was splitting and in need of replacement. In addition, the drums and rollers were old and needed to be replaced. I was very happy with the work done and also that the operation of the door is now very quiet and, more importantly, safe.

Your guys were on time, early in fact, performed all tasks as promised, even replaced stripped door bolts with larger ones, and, most impressively, to me, informed me that the door was in great shape for its' age, and, at some point would be eligible for a tune up at the fraction of the price of a new door. I will be calling.

Very pleased with the service, and the repair. The serviceman was very knowledgeable, and professional. The same day repair was also, impressive. We called at 8:30am, and serviceman was there by 9:30am. He found, and fixed other issues we were not aware of that were repaired too.
