The technician called before arriving, I was quoted between 2 - 4 pm and was glad it was closer to 2pm than 4pm. He inspected the problem, garage door opener. and explained what was needed. I was given a few options: fix the immediate problem, but in all liklihood it would break again due to other factors with garage door. Or basically replace the entire door and assembly due to the fact of the age of the equipment. He wrote out an estimate and left it with me to consider, which I have to in turn notify the owner/landlord of the options. The technician was polite, friendly and very helpful. Should I proceed with repairs or replacement I will be sure to use Precision to complete the work.

Blake was wonderful.After being serviced for the first time this July by your business (referred by Angie's List), Keith repaired a faulty circuit board and replaced rollers/springs as garage door unit never serviced while I owned this condo (11 years). Keith was excellent. Now, I experienced a new problem with my garage door opener. First, it would not respond beyond going up & down about 8-12 inches. Then the unit's courtesy light would not turn off. Blake responded today (11/23/13) and spent a great deal of time attempting to discover the problem. A new circuit board was not effective, and after other efforts failed, Blake installed a totally new garage door opener, with 2 remotes, and even a surge protector, all at no cost. I was happily awed to receive such excellent service and new unit by Blake (very courteous, helpful, and professional - a valuable asset to your business. I am most impressed by Precision's service and staff performance, from telephone receptionist to technicians. I will again highly recommend your service to Angie's List (A+ service). Thank you very much. It's nice to see a business which stands behind its service.

Door spring broke early on a Sunday morning. Called Precision at 9:28 am. Job completed and Doug was driving away by 11:15 am. Less than 2 hrs from my call and on a Sunday. All I can say is WOW! We purchased a garage door and opener from a big box store and paid to have their installer set it all up. There was only a one year warranty on the installation and now three years later it wasn't working at all. We called the original installer first who was going to charge $99.00 to look at it and couldn't come out for another three days. We checked Angie's list and found your company. When we called, we were asked when we wanted someone to come out (how refreshing!) I'm sorry I don't remember who the young lady was who answered the phone, but she was very pleasant, courteous and did a good job representing your company. Craig was wonderful. He called twice before coming to the house to make sure we knew. He was very professional and took the time to explain to us exactly how the whole system worked, what had gone wrong and to explain what needed to be done to fix it. The original parts were cheap plastic and he replaced them with better quality parts and gave us a 5 year warranty for less than we paid 3 years ago. (I'm just sorry we hadn't called you 3 years ago). We were beyond happy and very impressed with Craig. We won't hesitate to recommend your company!

Ben was here a few minutes ahead of the scheduled time. He got straight to the problem, identified it, replaced a bad circuit board in an older lift, programed car remotes and was finished with the requested repair in less time than it might have taken some others to find the problem. He was pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable. There was no complaint of any sort with the service. A choice of approaches to repair the problem was offered and explained.

I'm very disappointed with this company. I called them out, but they couldn't get my car to program to my opener. I wish they could have told me this over the phone I don't know why I wasted my time with them.
