Repair of old rusted out coils and rollers, also make garage door operational with remote device and keypad and on owners vehicle. Technician was courteous, knowledgeable of services and products and had a good work ethic. Would highly recommend this company for garage color services.

After spending $89. for an Angie's List coupon for a 1 car garage checkup and new rollers, we ended up spending $213. more which included 2 new remotes, 9 ft. bottom rubber, and 2 new pulleys. We asked and were given a senior discount with the bill, which was appreciated. We liked being asked if the Precision label could be put on the inside of the door, as other trades just go ahead and label their name any old place. All in all we were satisfied with Precision.

Ben was the kind of competent technician you always hope to see at your front door. He ran through several diagnostics quickly and explained my options in detail. Unfortunately the required part was not immediately available so he returned the next day and completed the repair. I can highly recommend the service provided by Precision and especially Ben Elliot. He has a rare combination of confidence, personality and professionalism. Your job Will get done and done right.

I selected Precision due to their AAA rating by the Better Business Bureau and Angie's list. They didn't disappoint. The technician showed up in the promised time window and called in advance. He had a replacement garage door opener available on his truck, An hour later, I had a new opener. My garage was clean and the old unit was removed and disposed of. Very professional and a good company to work with.

Technician Blake did a super job in 2011, and again today 8/19/2013. The installed spring on the garage door lost tension and was creating heavy pull on the newly installed garage door opener. Blke adjusted the spring and confirmed everything was in functional order before leaving the premises. His mannerism was tops and if we ever need Precision doors for any further issues, we request Blake to be our technician please.
