Matt came out on Saturday April 13th because our spring broke on our garage door that morning. He arrived earlier than the window we were given (yea!) and the job was done quickly and professionally. I would use this company again without hesitation.

Matt came to give the door and opener a tune up. It wasn't operating properly, such as slamming too hard when it closed, and not opening properly either. Having had Precision replace the springs about 2 years ago, I needed to get things working properly, so as not to damage any other components. Matt ran it a few times and adjusted the limits on the opener, adjusted the springs and lubed everything, while explaining the operations to me. Once he was finished with that, I asked him to show me what he had as a replacement for the rubber seal on the bottom panel. So Matt replaced that as well. Looks and runs great. Thanks Matt.

We discovered late this afternoon that mom's garage door would not open. Immediately called Precision (they had replaced Mom's garage door several years ago), and were told that a technician would arrive from a Clearwater job, as soon as possible. Since we are in Tarpon Springs, we assumed that it might take a while for a tech to arrive, but were relieved that they were sending someone today. Very soon, Matthew arrived, immediately diagnosed and explained the problem (the garage door opener motor and some springs), and offered options in different price ranges. As soon as we chose the repair package, he went to work, completed the job in a very reasonable amount of time, and could not have been more professional and courteous. It was a great relief to call Precision and find out they could send a tech out to repair my inoperative garage door on the same day! Matt Cipolla called ahead of the time frame I was given and was friendly, courteous and a total professional! He explained everything clearly to me, showed me all the parts that needed replacing and gave me options for the repair, so that I could make the best decision I could afford - Who does THAT these days??? Matt from Precision does, that's who! I had seen their commercials on tv and found a discount repair coupon(sticker) on the front page of my TBT newspaper, so I saved it for future reference and was very glad I did! Matt told me that my old double wall steel garage door was still in good shape and they don't build them like that anymore. He also re-positioned and secured part of the track that wasn't flush with the wall to make it glide up and down smoother. My garage door opens and closes very quietly now - no more shake, rattle and rickety roll. I only have one suggestion: it would be great to have a Precision sticker, with their phone number, the date of service and the expiration date of the parts warranty and a recommended future service date on it (like when you get an oil change for your car) that I could put on the inside of the garage door. Matt called me to let me know when he would arrive. He replaced the garage door springs and put new rollers and lubricated the door.
