We needed our garage door system overhauled and called Precision. Keith Allen came out and was by far the best technician I have worked with. He evaluated our current system, listened to our needs, made recommendations and then made the improvements. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he left. Wow! After moving to Clearwater from Northern Virginia just six months ago, yesterday I found that my garage door wouldn't open. Having seen the Precision vans and billboards (and after seeing their online reviews) I gave them a call. The scheduler confirmed an appointment for between 2:00 and 4:00 the same day and - wow what a concept! - the technician actually arrived early! He showed me what the problems were, gave me a written estimate, and proceeded to get everything repaired/replaced and working smoothly. Thanks to Keith Allen, the technician, for the great work, explanation of work done, and pleasant demeanor and to Precision for the overall superb experience.

The technician called about 20 minutes before he arrived. This was helpful because I had taken the day off and was given a window of 1000-1400. When Keith arrived, he was cordial, professional and understanding of my perceived problem. He conducted a thorough evaluation of the condition of my overhead garage door and graciously tolerated me hovering over him, explained every aspect of those conditions, and then prepared a written version of what he had told me. I was given a choice of which conditions I wanted corrected on this visit, if any. I was not pressured to have any of the conditions corrected but I was informed of all of the possible future consequences if the conditions were allowed to continue. I chose to have all of the deficiencies corrected, even though it was more expensive than I had anticipated. I feel that I received exceptional service and that my door is expertly serviced. I am pleased with the repairs, the price and most importantly, the professional manner in which the situation was handled. Before calling Precision, I researched several companies. Precision lived up to my expectations. You have a great company and, in Keith, a great representative of your company. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.
