Wow! After moving to Clearwater from Northern Virginia just six months ago, yesterday I found that my garage door wouldn't open. The technician called about 20 minutes before he arrived. This was helpful because I had taken the day off and was given a window of 1000-1400. When Keith arrived, he was cordial, professional and understanding of my perceived problem. He conducted a thorough evaluation of the condition of my overhead garage door and graciously tolerated me hovering over him, explained every aspect of those conditions, and then prepared a written version of what he had told me. I was given a choice of which conditions I wanted corrected on this visit, if any. I was not pressured to have any of the conditions corrected but I was informed of all of the possible future consequences if the conditions were allowed to continue. I chose to have all of the deficiencies corrected, even though it was more expensive than I had anticipated. I feel that I received exceptional service and that my door is expertly serviced. I am pleased with the repairs, the price and most importantly, the professional manner in which the situation was handled. Before calling Precision, I researched several companies. Precision lived up to my expectations. You have a great company and, in Keith, a great representative of your company. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone.
