I called Precision Overhead Door this time because we had used them years ago for a problem with another door and they'd done a great job. This time the service was great. I was told what all my options were and the pricing for each, and even though I really wasn't able to afford to get the major repair that it needs done, the technician was totally professional and polite, and told me to give them a call if ever I changed my mind. I got a good service call for 49$ and some helpful hints as well.

Justin came out, quickly diagnosed the problem and made appropriate adjustments. Then, he took the time to explain proper preventative maintenance procedures and lube points I wouldn't have been otherwise aware of. Great customer satisfaction.

My programmed Key Pad Wasn't working. Justin reprogrammed the key pad but also explained how this could happen. I'm taking his recommendation to get a Surge Protector for the Garage Door Opener plug. Justin was a quality professional during the entire process. I would highly recommend Precision based not only on the quality of the product, but the quality of their Staff.

I was very satisfied with the knowledge of the repair specialist & the excellent quick repairs that were performed. I was also very impressed by your office personnel. I had a coupon for a $50 rebate that I had failed to show the repair specialist the day of the repair. When I inquired about the rebate with your office I was granted a refund immediately. I was impressed & will always call Precision for my future needs.

Hands down Precision Overhead Garage Door if the best garage door company my husband and I have ever worked with. We were very pleased with how professional Justin C. was with his product knowledge. Justin was able to take care of our issue in a short amount of time and really took into consideration our end goal with our current garage door. We have future plans to replace the door completely. Justin understood that and offered a solution that would get us until we are ready to splurge on a new door. When that time comes...I know we will call Precision Overhead Garage Door.
