Louis & Nancy Russo have used Precision Door Services in two of our homes. This is the best company you could ever choose if you are having garage door problems big and small. The technicians are always very knowledgeable & courteous at all times. Very professional & dressed properly. Our technician today was Joshua. He called before he was to arrive and identified himself when he arrived. He checked everything thoroughly before correcting our problem. We would never use any other company. Precision is the best when you need help. Thank you precision

We had used your services in our other home and were very pleased with the quality of your services. So, when we moved to a new home, it just made sense to get our new garage door looked at and tuned up by you folks. Joshua came and was a super star. He advised us on several options after assessing the life of our door operator and the garage door itself. We've used other services and they just don't compare.

My garage door broke on Sunday and I couldn't get my cars from the garage. Precision replaced and upgraded major parts of the door (spring, remote opener, rollers, seal, etc) and even programmed the new opener in my two cars. I called Sunday morning about 9AM, I was able to get my cars out by 11:30 and the repairs were completed by 3PM. They were very prompt and polite and explained repairs fully. Couldn't be happier.

The Technician (Joshua A ) was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the service was completed in less than 1 hour. He also recommended future upgrade options. The price was fair. Excellent job!
