I had Precision come out once before two years ago to handle springs and they have been great so this time I also reached out to Precision. They came out when they said they would and were able to figure out what was wrong in minutes and actually get to work and fix it back to working condition. The technician was cordial, knowledgable and an expert at handling quickly. I felt confident when it was finished that the repair was 100% perffect. We discovered a broken spring around 2:30 in the afternoon - could not open the garage door! Jeremy was at our house by about 4:15. He quickly assessed the situation and gave us 3 options for repair work. We decided to go with the highest option because we hadn't had work done for quite a while. Jeremy efficiently did the work and everything was working well by 5:30. The next day we found our receipt from almost 7 years earlier and discovered that some of the items replaced were still under a 7 year warranty. We called the office - they immediately looked into it - called us back, apologized for the oversite and issued a refund for everything that was under warranty. We were very satisfied with the work and the service. Thank you.

The GFI breaker on the garage door opener motor tripped during a storm with lightning. I called the office and the friendly young lady set an appointment. The Precision "tech" arrived on time and found the tripped GFI right away. I had checked the breaker box but forgot the GFI in the wall "plug in." I was willing to pay for a service call but was told no charge for a simple fix. I will continue to use Precision for all my work. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all.

We were so impressed that a technician (Jeremy) was available to come the same day that we called for service. Jeremy did a complete review of our door and opener system. He found a couple of problems and also alerted us that it was the opener making the grinding sound we were hearing and it might be best for it to be replaced. Jeremy noticed that my husband, who has some mobility problems, was pruning some saw palmettos and stacking up a lot of debris. He volunteered to help him bag this debris and finished the job in less than 10 minutes - a great help to my husband. Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completely explained the process and also the operation of the new door opener. All in all an excellent experience. We have used this company in the past and have never been disappointed.

Called yesterday, 3/21 to make appointment to check the garage door making a loud noise when closing. Spring broke on our Garage Door....called Precision to set up a time to come out. Appointment was originally set for 10am - 12pm...was called first thing to say they could be out earlier between 8am - 10am which was highly appreciated. Jeremy Rossi arrived a promptly went to work evaluating if anything else was needed other than the Spring replacement...Jeremy did a great job, was fast and professional. They really went out of their way to take care of us in a pinch and get us back up and running. Customer Service is the best I've experienced. Thank You.
