I mainly chose Precision after watching a You tube video as to lubrication and maintenance of garage door..and great reviews on social media. Chris Carelas was the service technician; arrived right on schedule. Very congenial individual and does know His stuff. Very knowledgeable technician. Reprogrammed door opener and at His very knowledgeable counseling I did chose to change out the roller bearings ...which made a big, huge difference as to functionality. Garage Door needed that ..it is close to 20 years old..No pressure just valuable Garage Door Maintenance Tip and I thanked Him for the advice. Made necessary repairs and now garage door opener works like a charm. Thanks to Chirs...good guy to have working for You. Would recommend Precision on My Experience... Five Star Rating *****

I called on a Saturday to schedule a repair appointment for Monday. They offered me a Saturday window but it wasn’t necessary. Chris showed up early in the window and was able to repair the door springs as well as replace my opener same day within a few hours. He was very professional and didn’t ty to oversell me. Highly recommended

In today's world of business Precision did two things which impressed me very much. First and foremost they acknowledged my phone call requesting assistance -. On this email they provided me with a complete list of their mechanics and their photographs. Therefore, I could match the mechanic with the photo and being able to know it was a bonfire company employee. Second and very important was they call 30 minutes prior to arriving at our home and went immediately to work. They asked my problem, analyzed it and then repaired it. We have been with this company for years. I travel, I know that should my wife need assistance she will have no problems and will be secure when the repair arrives. The workmanship is professional, satisfactory and the service is priced correctly. I can only say thank you for a job well done.

I was looking for a local and reliable company. Once a placed the call for service, a service-man was at my house within half-an-hour. Chris was courteous, and explained to me what had to be done and gave me a couple options to choose from. In the future whenever the need arises I will definitely call them back and certainly refers them to my friends. That is a 5 star rating company.

We recently moved to a new home and our garage doors worked but were very noisy. At our old address we used Precision to put in new quiet door openers and we loved them. The technician came the same day we called and put in new openers, changed out the springs, rollers, added keyless entry and programmed our cars. We are very pleased with the result and would highly recommend them!

I have been aware of Precision Door Service through their advertising. When we had trouble one evening with a door, we made a service call that evening and a representative arrived the next day. The Sales truck was well fitted out with catalogs, sample door finishes and fully displayed an excellent list of doors and hardware. The vehicle was an impressive display of salesmanship. Technicians arrived on time to install the door and a second technician installed a new opener next day. It is a very quiet piece of machinery, and a pleasure to open and close the door.

I ordered a 1/2 hp motor. The representative arrived with a 3/4 hp motor. Which was $200.00 more. I was charmed Sales tax. There is no sales tax in Fl. Be wary of Precision. Overpriced and they over sell. This company wasn't customer focused. That was my experience.
