Precision installed a new door 11 years ago that performed flawlessly during this time. Sunday a spring broke. I called Precision Sunday morning and Brian Harmon arrived at 4 that afternoon. Springs were replaced, the door was serviced and we are hoping to get another 11 years before we have to call Precision again.

I called Precision and was pleased to get an appointment within 24 hours that fit my busy schedule. When Brian arrived he quickly identified the problem caused by the door being recently painted. Brian was very personable and professional and gave me the details I need to contact the painters for repair. I will gladly call Precision in the future

I know you exclusively from TV. I was long overdue for tending to my overhead door...needing new bottom panel and rubber seal to keep water out. Dorian Hurricane threat prompted me to tend to the door sooner than later, so I was pleasantly surprised about your 24/7 service and was given an appointment for the very next day. Individual who showed up was extremely personable, pleasant, honest, and went the distance by spraying all door joints, making the door surprisingly quieter....in addition to having installed a new rudder at bottom of door and pounding out a slight dent in middle of bottom panel. He couldn't replace the bottom panel because Precision doesn't cover the brand of door I purchased 15+ years ago, which didn't matter because quality of the end product of work was excellent and well deserving of a 5 star rating.

Brian was incredibly courteous and professional and provided timely urgent service for what wound up being a garage door opener replacement instead of a repair. His attention to all the garage door parts, not just the opener showed a total service commitment. He took extra time making sure we understood not only the new equipment but also routine maintenance.

I attempted to close my garage door last night and it kept re-opening when it got near the bottom. I checked to see if something was blocking the door and found nothing was. I pulled the emergency cord and let the door down manually. I was unable to get the door to operate and called to get the door fixed so I could make my appointment. Precision reacted within 30 minutes and found that an adjustment to the motor was the problem and Brian not only corrected the problem but inspected and lubricated the entire door hinges and rollers. Outstanding service covered by the warranty. Thanks Precision!????

Brian did a great job of installing our new motor, springs and hinges. Door doesn't rattle the whole house now when opening. Gave us lots of options to chose from. Never pushed product. Best decision we made, should've done it years ago.
