Andy not only replaced an 18 year old motor with worn out gears, he took a do-it-yourself old install and made if better, neater, quieter and safer. Very professional and personable and I felt he did the work like it was his own garage.

Something caused the door to get 'off track' and it wouldn't close all the way. We called Precision as they had done the initial installation. They came out very early the next day and it was fixed within the hour! Very efficient and professional.

Andy was very personable and a neat and knowledgeable technician. He installed a new motor and associated hardware, two new springs, two new pulleys , and eight nylon rollers,all done very professionally.
