WOW! I had an excellent experience with your company. This was the first time I had the need for your services. I appreciated the prompt response to my desperate need, as well as the expertise demonstrated by the technician(Michael Wallace. I am a single parent with 3 jobs and today found myself preparing to work a 12 hour day only to find my car was locked in the garage and the door would not work. After my phone call to your company the technician arrived 3 hours later at a time that was convenient for me, and repaired my door within about 45 minutes. The technician (Michael Wallace)was knowledgeable about your products, he was courteous, and he had a wonderful sense of humor, which helped to shed light on the situation. He promptly repaired the spring in my door and left information regarding my garage door, as well as information for follow up in case I had questions or needed additional parts and services. The tech for the garage door repair just left and he did a great job! I can't even hear the door going up or coming down! Before, it was jangle, bang, crash, screech. Lots of extras on the new model and Bob the technician even called his boss to upgrade the original job order to a better product at the same price. Thank you, thank you Carlos! Bob was so nice and very informational about my door's problems and possible fixes and what type of product would best suit the situation. No pressure, lots of personal experience with the products and knew his stuff!! The work was done quickly, he stayed later to finish completely and even went over everything about my new opener so that I felt comfortable using it. Explained about updated home codes that were needed with new garage doors and openers and how they would affect my garage and how this model would save electricity as well. As I said, he knew his stuff! Called to say he was on his way, on time, very considerate and helpful. He even helped me with a light I was hanging in the laundry room because he is soooo tall! Little things like that are greatly appreciated. So, I bow to you and thank you profusely, Bob the garage door guy! You are indeed a great asset to the company and all your help was very much appreciated and needed. You made my week!

Called several garage repair places, and no one could respond today, on a Sunday. I called Precision, and customer service said that they would be there today before 4PM. I called at noon. At 2PM tech Bill Garcia called me to advise that he was on his way. When he arrived, and looked at my Garage door, that was not opening, he knew what the problem was. He gave me different options and the prices to repair the springs. After agreeing on the service and cost, he went to work. After repairs, he again made sure that I understood what was broken, what he did to repair and , and how to avaoid this costly repair in the future. Bill was Great. I also liked that they used a IPAD type device to write up order, and to pay by card. I received a complete email recent and warrenty minutes after Bill left. I highly recommend Bill Garcia. He represented Precision Garage repairs very well.

Blake was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained what would be happening eventually with my door, so I am informed and prepared. He called prior to arrival, and when he was done, wiped up the over spray grease with a towel. I will definitely call when I need service! It was a pleasant experience.

The technician that came out to my property was very professional. He explained several options that I could take to fix the garage door to me and to my daughter on the phone.Not only was the two springs replaced but also the drums, shaft, roller and the flanged ball bearings. I've lived in this house over eighteen years so I knew it was time to replace the above. Overall I am very happy with the job performed.

Blake Bailey serviced our garage door. The response was inconsistent when pushing the button on the wall console and the movement was full of squeaks when the door did respond. Blake did a general service, lubricated all joints, springs and rails, cleaned the wires in the wall console and checked all connections in the motor.
