Ben was the kind of competent technician you always hope to see at your front door. He ran through several diagnostics quickly and explained my options in detail. Unfortunately the required part was not immediately available so he returned the next day and completed the repair. I can highly recommend the service provided by Precision and especially Ben Elliot. The door lifter was originally purchased from Precision. Mike Boyle was excellent. He was prompt and I appreciated not having to wait all afternoon. He was very helpful to me, explaining what I needed and what else I could have serviced. He also fixed a small light problem that we had with the liftmaster.
