The cables on my single door garage door came off while I was opening the door. The spring was intact so I was not sure why this had happened. I called Precision and setup a appointment. The technician was prompt and called before his arrival. The technician troubleshot the issue and explained that the springs were worn out and most likely caused the cables to come off. He explained the options for repair and we discussed the cost. We agreed on the single door repair and I asked him for recommendations on the other garage door. I decided to go ahead and have the other door serviced at the same time. I did not feel pressured in any manner and the technician was very professional. I did not check around for other prices but the cost of the material seemed in line to what I saw on the internet. I needed some additional parts due to the age of the doors. This is where you need to trust the garage technician and I was good with what he had recommended. The overall cost was more then I anticipated but I feel I got a professional job at a fair price. Overall I was very satisfied with the service.

Keith came out to our house to give our garage door a tune-up. He suggested we think about replacing the original motor and we agreed the garage door made a tremendous amount of noise. We decided to replace the opener and within an hour it was done. He ended up coming back to our house later in the evening to replace the outside control panel that was not operating properly. The entire time, Keith was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Precision to others-thank you!
