Blake Bailey serviced our garage door. The response was inconsistent when pushing the button on the wall console and the movement was full of squeaks when the door did respond. Blake did a general service, lubricated all joints, springs and rails, cleaned the wires in the wall console and checked all connections in the motor. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service to anyone within there boundaries!From the phone call to the service was as smooth & professional as it gets,& same day service too! Doug was the tech who came to our home to repair our garage door(cables,pulleys,rollers,etc.) & he was as professional,courteous,& prompt as anyone would want & his workmanship was excellent.If I had one thing to comment on that was not expected was the $20 Fuel/energy surcharge. but that was my fault for not looking closer due to the outstanding customer performance.Overall Great Job Precision!
