Precision replaced the rollers several years ago. When the motor stopped working this morning I called. Two hours later Dallas came replaced the motor & all the other equipment needed to bring us up to date. There isn't enough room here for me to tell you how happy I am with Precision. Not only that they didn't bog us down with a steep price. PRECISION is #1 in my book.
