I purchased a new garage door and opener from Precision in September 2018 (5 months previously). I noticed the weather stripping along the top section of molding had separated from the molding. After failed attempts to caulk and glue the weather stripping back to the molding, I decided to ask Precision to make the repair. Franklin Mosely came out the next day (right on time) and replaced the molding with a new one. It took only 20 minutes and there was no charge. A very happy customer!

I won't be calling this company back for anything. Over priced and the technician that came to my house was a creep. All I wanted was a new remote for my garage door opener because the one I had was very outdated (1999). The technician was more concerned with my dog than what he was there for. He looks at my unit, didn't test it or anything and proceeded to write down on a tablet 5 different options as far as quotes for me all over $500 telling me the reason my remote didn't work is because the springs and rollers on my garage are worn down causing my remote to short. I was charged $129.95 just to get a new remote and it programmed. He was so persistent in trying to get me to get a new unit and he was so full of shit. i did end up buying the remote and it is working fine, but I will never call this company back.

According to Angie's list the average price of a new garage door opener with installation is $300-500. Mine was $699. Unfortunately, my internet was down or I would have been able to figure out I could have replaced the same brand I had for half of the price. The opener I ended up with is Precision's own brand of which I can find no reviews at all. Despite costing much more it does not have the dual lights or motion sensor my old one had.

It's not everyday something goes wrong with your garage door or garage door equipment, but, it's nice to know you can contact a service provider with no emergency call charges (which can be very expensive). I have been using Precision Garages Door service for years, and they have yet to let me down with workmanship, warranties and most of all fair pricing. We contacted Precision when our garage door opener decided not to work. They were able to come the next day. The men who came out were very professional and were well informed on the products we needed. They were not hard hitting sales people. They just gave us our options. We ended up having them do more to the door than originally anticipated because their prices were so fair. This is the only garage door repair company I would ever use. Everyone in the company was a pleasure to work with.

I called to made an appointment to discuss my garage doors. Matt met me at the agreed upon time gave me several options to repair the main door, priced out the options I selected, and completed the work, almost a complete makeover, that day. The door's mechanics, almost 20 years old, were replaced as needed (including spring, rollers, a new belt drive and motor, remotes and keypad) and when finished, everything worked great and the door was very quiet. Great job Matt. Thanks Precision!

Precision replaced the rollers several years ago. When the motor stopped working this morning I called. Two hours later Dallas came replaced the motor & all the other equipment needed to bring us up to date. There isn't enough room here for me to tell you how happy I am with Precision.
