We have not purchased the garage door yet, but we will be within the week. The difference we have found with Precision so far has been the customer service. I have asked multiple questions, changed things, and I have never received a sigh, or picked up negativity in their voice or one of those you have to purchase it today for that price kinda quote. The technician, Bryan Stewart, was VERY courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Before the service call, I had considered calling other companies as well. I'm glad I didn't. If possible, I would definitely request Bryan for any future service calls. The problem (misaligned sensor) was an easy one and had I been less stupid, could've fixed it easily myself. Despite this, Bryan explained the matter thoroughly and even taught me what to look for (at the motor housing's blinking lights and corresponding chart) to easily self perform an initial first-stage diagnosis. He was a very pleasant young professional.

This is the second time I have chosen this company to install garage doors for me. And once again, Jose did a perfect job! He patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions. When attaching the wires to the ceiling and running them down the wall, he thoughtfully made the look aesthetically pleasing, which was much better than the looping drooping wires that previously existed on the wall. He cheerfully helped my husband and I coordinate our key fobs and remote controls so that we could control all of the doors simply. This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Jose!

Arnold, our technician is a consummate professional. He called when he was 20 minutes away to make sure we knew he was coming (it was early). When he arrived he examined the door and all its components (springs, wheels, door hinges, etc.). He then told me what needed to be replaced and then wrote up each replacement task with 2 costs based on which new component I would purchase. We had a discussion of each alternative at he end of which I picked which springs I wanted, which new motor I wanted and which belt system I wanted. When I was done, Arnold tallied up the costs. I agreed and he began to work. He gave me a 2 hour estimate and finished up in about 1 and 1/2 hours. He then went over everything he had done and pointed out that the wheels on the door were good for another 2-3 years but, should I hear a clacking sound when the door is going up or down, I should call Precision and get them replaced. Arnold also showed me where he replace some missing screw hinges and how he attached the trolley to the door so that it was above a crack in the metal piece that was attached to the door.He also noted that the rubber and the bottom of the door was worn but, since I had no evidence of water damage, I could hold off on replacing that item for awhile. Arnold then programed the new key code box, the wall opener the openers built into my two cars and the new and the old portable remote controls. I was presented with the bill which exactly matched the estimate. I selected Precision because of some recommendations from neighbors. In the future I will be the neighbor recommending Precision to others.

The technician ( Isaiah ) arrived and checked over the garage door system at our request. The existing system was about 21 years old and appeared to have lacked maintenance. The technician showed us all the things that he felt were worn and he recommended that they should be replaced. We chose to go ahead and follow his recommendations. We had a new motor, drive belt, main springs, hinges and rollers installed and lubricated as required. The work was completed in a few hours. There was no high pressure sales involved by the technician. We are very happy with the work done and how smooth the door operates.

Had a bad experience with prior garage door opener company. Went with Precision since you had 8 recommendations on Nextdoor. Mike & Chris came. Did a complete review of both doors. Did not try to oversell me. We had the springs replaced on the large door for safety reasons & preventive maintenance. They did a quick & efficient job.

I picked Precision for my need because we needed a new garage door back when we first moved in here two years ago. I read reviews and they were good especially when it came to warranty work. My garage door kept acting up and wouldn’t open or close. Robert West and his partner came and tried multiple things until they finally realized the motor just was not having it. They decided to just change my opener all together. What got me was that they took the time to advise me on how to keep the longevity of my opener. This was big to me due to when I got the garage door installed I was deployed over seas, so they probably kept that in mind and took the opportunity to educate me. I would recommend not only precision, but also Robert and his partner to family and friends.

There are few things that upset one's day than to have a multi-hundred pound door opener spring break just when you need the door to open! One call to Precision and the lady gladly set me up with a late day appointment for after I returned home. Jordan, technician, is top shelf! Personable, professional and very knowledgeable. After explaining what needed to be done and fully explaining the prices, he gave me 3 choices removing any undue sales pressure. Once I agreed, he got to it and was done in what seemed like less than a half hour. What a relief! Thank-you Precision.
