We were so impressed that a technician (Jeremy) was available to come the same day that we called for service. Jeremy did a complete review of our door and opener system. He found a couple of problems and also alerted us that it was the opener making the grinding sound we were hearing and it might be best for it to be replaced. Jeremy noticed that my husband, who has some mobility problems, was pruning some saw palmettos and stacking up a lot of debris. He volunteered to help him bag this debris and finished the job in less than 10 minutes - a great help to my husband. Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completely explained the process and also the operation of the new door opener. All in all an excellent experience. We have used this company in the past and have never been disappointed.

Garrett was our installer. He was on time & personable. He did a complete explanation of and written evaluation with our options after finding the garage door motor to have a bad control board, since our unit was 18 years old we decided to place it. Garrett again gave us written estimates and we chose to replace the garage door opener with a new modern unit and. he then programmed our vehicle to our new unit and demonstrated everything. For over 20 years, we have used Precision Garage for all our garage needs, and have been 100% satisfied. It is a terrific company. Every employee we've ever had any contact with has always been professional, knowledgeable, polite and responsive. We recently had an issue with our hurricane doors. We called the company to learn our options, and they scheduled Austin Orton, a Precision tech, to follow up with us and assess the situation. Austin determined that our issue was 100% covered by the Precision warranty, and scheduled a complete replacement of our doors, at no cost to us. Yesterday, the new doors were installed, I believe the installers were Andy Peck and Andrew Lachance. Like the other Precision employees, they were both terrific. They were personable and professional, and obviously took pride in their work. The new doors are terrific! It is comforting to know that Precision Garage Doors can be counted on to have our back for all of our garage door needs. I highly recommend them!

Precision is the best! My garage door would not stay closed - it went down then immediately opened. Technician was knowledgeable, competent and masked. He diagnosed the problem (reset needed after power outage) & solved it in three minutes flat!!
