We were so impressed that a technician (Jeremy) was available to come the same day that we called for service. Jeremy did a complete review of our door and opener system. He found a couple of problems and also alerted us that it was the opener making the grinding sound we were hearing and it might be best for it to be replaced. Jeremy noticed that my husband, who has some mobility problems, was pruning some saw palmettos and stacking up a lot of debris. He volunteered to help him bag this debris and finished the job in less than 10 minutes - a great help to my husband. Jeremy was very friendly and knowledgeable. He completely explained the process and also the operation of the new door opener. All in all an excellent experience. We have used this company in the past and have never been disappointed.

My Technician was: Bryan (A) – Stewart. He arrived right on time after giving me a personal call to let me know when I could expect him. Bryan checked both my garage doors for proper operation and talked to me about what changes I needed. Then he installed two new outside garage security controls & programed them to specifications. They worked perfectly after a few minutes of installation. Then he installed a new inside wireless control on the wall near the walk-in door of the garage.
