Excellent response time of next day service. Great experience with installation of opener and key pad. Doug was amazing. He explained and demonstrated the operation of the opener and the parts. Doug also programmed the keypad and my car which was a huge help to me.

people that came for my repair were very nice and knowable. my medium rating is because of the problem with your call center or your phone system. somehow my call was sent and sch. in panama city. a service man called me asking for my help in finding me. later on, i got a phone call from the panama city office telling me of the mistake. i re-called the same area code 727 number for the 3rd time and got a eve. time. don`t know how this happened. made for a long day of waiting.

Garage doors was making noises like it was jumping track or something..also, none of our remotes worked…ARNOLD came to our house , checked the door, and found several problems..he kindly gave us an estimate for all work needed, and we agreed to have him do it…I can’t say enough about ARNOLD..HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PEOPLE ORIENTED, AND DOES THE JOB IN GOOD TIME…HE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.. I asked Precision for a quote on my garage door springs. I was told by another company I needed to have them replaced. They sent Jordan Earhart. What a nice guy. It turns out I don't need to replace them yet. Jordan checked the springs and the date on the springs. They were working fine and only from 2021. I will make sure to use Percision when I do need to replace them. I am really impressed. Great company, and honest.

Very disappointed. Our remotes stopped working ao we called to have our garage door looked at. The technician said he could fix it by reprogramming it and while he was here would service (lubricate the door) . I said fine, Total price ~$200. We were then told that reprogramming didn’t work, which I’m not surprised because I told him I already tried that. I then told him I would pay the service charge and that we needed to think about other options. He then said I was still going to be charged the $200 fee for the call and maintenance. So I spent $200 for nothing. I then found an 8 step trouble shoot for my problem on the chamberlain website that the service tech didn’t even perform. What a joke. I do not recommend this company.

I called Precision Garage Drs the morning after one of my door springs broke. They were able to send a repairman out the same day. Kenneth S. arrived on time and evaluated my situation and explained the recommended replacement and repairs needed. He wrote up an invoice with pricing for me to approve and said he could make all repairs on the spot. I gladly agreed because I had expected him to set up another date for the repair. My garage door works great now and Kenneth couldn't have been more professional in our communications and his knowledge and experience for the job.

Precision Doors make it "super" easy to have our new door installed in only two days. The service techs were efficient, friendly, and reliable as far as arriving and finishing. They explained the mechanical aspects of the door and were very knowledgeable.

We had just 2 days before bought the golf cart of my husbands dreams. But on delivery, it did not fit in the garage ! panic mode , how could we keep this beautiful cart outside . I called Precision because they were able to come the following day first thing in the morning, unlike their competitor. James, the technician, called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He assessed the issue I was having with my garage door and opener and gave me several options in which to choose from (i.e., things that needed replacing and parts that were worn). After I made my decision, he completed the work in a few hours and helped me reprogram my garage door opener in my car. I now have a new, quieter, garage door opener and a keypad which I never had before. James was very professional and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision!
