Garrett was our installer. He was on time & personable. He did a complete explanation of and written evaluation with our options after finding the garage door motor to have a bad control board, since our unit was 18 years old we decided to place it. Garrett again gave us written estimates and we chose to replace the garage door opener with a new modern unit and. he then programmed our vehicle to our new unit and demonstrated everything. Thank you Garrett for making it so easy for us. I will surely recommend and use Precision overhead Garage Door Service again.

My Technician was: Bryan (A) – Stewart. He arrived right on time after giving me a personal call to let me know when I could expect him. Bryan checked both my garage doors for proper operation and talked to me about what changes I needed. Then he installed two new outside garage security controls & programed them to specifications. They worked perfectly after a few minutes of installation. Then he installed a new inside wireless control on the wall near the walk-in door of the garage. That only took a few minutes and also worked perfectly. Bryan was very professional, well trained, and arrived in a well-marked, well equipped, Precision Garage Door Truck. For over 20 years, we have used Precision Garage for all our garage needs, and have been 100% satisfied. It is a terrific company. Every employee we've ever had any contact with has always been professional, knowledgeable, polite and responsive. We recently had an issue with our hurricane doors. We called the company to learn our options, and they scheduled Austin Orton, a Precision tech, to follow up with us and assess the situation. Austin determined that our issue was 100% covered by the Precision warranty, and scheduled a complete replacement of our doors, at no cost to us. Yesterday, the new doors were installed, I believe the installers were Andy Peck and Andrew Lachance. Like the other Precision employees, they were both terrific. They were personable and professional, and obviously took pride in their work. The new doors are terrific! It is comforting to know that Precision Garage Doors can be counted on to have our back for all of our garage door needs. I highly recommend them!
