Austin and Precision exceeded my expectations! The tech called ahead to advise arrival time; he quickly analyzed the issue, and promptly provided 3 options. I decided on repair option - Austin quickly got to work, replacing bad parts and checking alignment and door operation multiple times to be sure everything was working properly. He reprogrammed a few remote openers, lubed the tracks, rollers and hinges - all within an hour! Austin was professional, courteous, and very efficient- I had him add a Precision decal to my garage door as your company will now be my preferred vendor for future garage door issues! Precision Garage Doors installed our hurricane rated Door about 2.5 years ago. Until Monday March 6, we had had no issues with this door. I called Precision on Monday afternoon and they scheduled Andrew to come out on Tuesday morning. Andrew was in time, very courteous and quickly reprogrammed the garage door motor. The technician who came to repair our garage door was very professional and knowledgeable. He would definitely get a 5-star rating, however I can't say as much for the customer service team. We made an appointment for a service call between 10-2. We got a message early in the morning that a tech was available right away if we could see him earlier than the scheduled time. My husband called back a few minutes later and spoke to a rep (who sounded half-asleep) and told her we could do the earlier appointment. She said he would be here within the half hour. An hour later, nobody had come. I called the office and got someone who told me my husband's return call had never been logged. She apologized and said she would get the tech out ASAP and that he was only 10 minutes away. An hour later, my husband called back because nobody had come yet. Eventually he arrived and proceeded to do a great job. However, the ladies who are handling the calls left a lot to be desired.

Clearwater location. Robert Clausen was the Tech. I needed a different Garage door company. Robert was excellent. Exceeded my expectations. Solved my immediate issue by replacing the opener with an opener that will be appropriate for a future door. Explained to me about a "balanced door" and why mine could not be balanced because the door vendor that replaced the springs in October 2022 used the wrong springs. Advised about the bearings being slowly cut into. Advised not immediately but in the not too distant future I will find myself needing a new door which is at this time approximately 3K for basic hurricane rated door. This is very helpful so I can starting putting away a couple hundred dollars a month so the dollar impact will not be as painful. Great customer experience. I will call Precision back when I am ready to replace the door.
