We had initially heard mixed reviews about Precision BUT PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO HELP YOU WILL ALL OF YOUR GARAGE DOOR NEEDS. We just had our garage door replaced, received multiple quotes, and in the end we made the decision to go with Precision because their customer service was excellent and they met us fairly with requests that we had. They also were able to install quickly unlike any other company and the technicians that installed the door did an amazing job, were helpful, knowledgeable, and spoke highly of their employer. Through our the whole process Precision went above and beyond. I never do reviews and went out of my way to do this one! In the last 5 years many service representatives have come to my Belleair residence to do numerous services to all of the bells and whistles in our home. I needed a new motor/rail for my door and got three prices. The most expensive one was $1,400 and the tech also recommended $1000 in parts that were “worn.” Total-$2400! Another company installed a motor/rail system balanced the door provided two remotes etc for $525 and did all that with 5stat service. I know you have to pay for all the expensive tv Advertizing you do but really???
