We as customers don't realize the use we put our garage doors through. I use my door as my primary in and out door. I upgraded springs so as to extend there life in years. Also going to start a yearly tuneup service that adjust spring tension lube motor, tracks, and so much more. Wow can't even hear the door go up and down! Thank you Precision...
