If there was a higher rating than five, I would have given it to you. Chris Burdge came to our home a few days ago, and gave us an estimate. We had already received a few bids, which were all higher and for an inferior product. What we noticed about him is he was HONEST, something that seems lacking in this day and age. We agreed to have Precision install the door, which was done today by Wolf and Justin. They were polite and courteous, very efficient, and had the old door removed and the new one installed in less than three hours. We are beyond impressed.

Precision was recommended to me by a family member who stated that they were courteous and extremely fair in their pricing. I found that to be the case in our repair service. Our garage door motor was over 18 years old and needed to be replaced plus the spring was in bad shape. Our technician was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Very quick service, called Thursday afternoon and had a new garage door opener by noon on Friday. No hassles, no up sell, just installed what I asked for. Paying the bill was also quite easy, they took Apple Pay! This was a pleasant experience from start to finish. The new GDO is really quiet too!

Very good, same day service, but NOT cheap at $1200 for three springs to be fitted on our double door - cheaper 1 year warranty offered, but honestly was pretty peeved at that - who want a one year warranty on something like this? Maybe coronavirus pricing... Technician was very good indeed - explained all.

We thoroughly enjoy the new garage doors and having the almost soundless openers make it a delight to show off to visitors. Just recently we started hearing a strange sound when one of doors would open. Like clockwork, I spoke with Danielle and she scheduled one of your able technicians out to take a look.
