Precisión originally installed the garage door. I called this afternoon explained what was wrong and Amanda gave me an appointment for after 6 this evening. Technician Chris called and came over before the scheduled time. I was very happy with his work and also his friendliness. Kudos to both Amanda and Chris who are an asset to your company

Mr. Harris arrived on time and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes—a faulty wire on the safety beam. After repairing that issue, he checked the rest of the system and lubricated it. Given that the system is under warranty there was no charge for his service visit. We were impressed by his professionalism!

My door was binding and wouldn't always go down completely before it would automatically retract back up. The technician Izak came out and adjusted the door, the spring, and the door opener and got the door working smoothly again. He was warm, friendly, and explained things in an understandable manner. Went with Precision by mistake as it was an emergency and the had an answering service. Live and learn to get more than one price quote. Will neve use 0Prevision again.

We had initially heard mixed reviews about Precision BUT PLEASE ALLOW THEM TO HELP YOU WILL ALL OF YOUR GARAGE DOOR NEEDS. We just had our garage door replaced, received multiple quotes, and in the end we made the decision to go with Precision because their customer service was excellent and they met us fairly with requests that we had. They also were able to install quickly unlike any other company and the technicians that installed the door did an amazing job, were helpful, knowledgeable, and spoke highly of their employer. Through our the whole process Precision went above and beyond. I never do reviews and went out of my way to do this one! AUSTIN ORTON came to my home and his service was beyond awesome! In the last 5 years many service representatives have come to my Belleair residence to do numerous services to all of the bells and whistles in our home. None can come close to the capabilities of Austin. He arrived on time and was extremely professional, listened well, discussed the alternatives available to address our needs. When I gave him my order he immediately went to his well organized truck, and had all of the products needed to complete the job. I was amazed at the competence and no non-sense way he accomplished the job and the restoration of my two garage doors. Austin is a very mature and competent employee for Precision. I needed a new motor/rail for my door and got three prices. The most expensive one was $1,400 and the tech also recommended $1000 in parts that were “worn.” Total-$2400! Another company installed a motor/rail system balanced the door provided two remotes etc for $525 and did all that with 5stat service. I know you have to pay for all the expensive tv Advertizing you do but really???
